Centro Capital Doha By Rotana

Good for one night

Old furniture Bad smell in room

The staff are flexible and helpful. The location is close to everything

The bathroom needs expansion.

All Except bathroom, TV and supplies

Bathroom was cramp, no tub.TV Channels are all useless. At least those Free to Air Channels should have been included.Supplies (brush, slippers, etc.) are not enough despite the reservation.

The staff were very friendly specially Anastasia, Achraf The room was clean New furniture Food was delicious Price was reasonable

Nil

very clean and hospitable. The food was great. the staff was very friendly.

I'd like to thank Ms.lorah and all the reception and room service team for their commitment and good hospitality.

comfortable bed, friendly staff

small rooms, noisy sounds from dining area, terrible street location.

The friendless of the staff especially Mr. Abdo who was really kind to upgrade me to suite and made me feel very welcomed. The service and the restaurant was spot on and I definitely recommend staying in Centro hotel. Location was absolutely perfect.

Location and some staff are really helpful.

Air conditioning doesn’t work well. We even changed our room and got same category room, but had the same issue. Was difficult to sleep during nights. We stayed for 10-11 nights. Disappointed! Breakfast was also not nice at all, items were not fresh.

The hotel is new and the furniture was new and beautiful The bed was amazing The bar is fantastic with good prices (happy hour)The staff were friendly

The room was a bit small

The staff were accommodating. Allowed late checkout without extra charge. Breakfast had options that can help you fill your stomach. The guy at the reception was able to guide about what to visit.

Concerns were structure related only. The drop off point doesn’t have a place to step. Could be tricky with young kids. You have to juggle with your luggage. The toilet was very small and no glass in the shower area.

I have stayed there for 1 night. It was a pleasant place. -The staff are nice and welcoming. -The chick-in process was easy and didn’t take long time. -I didn’t try there breakfast

-The location is not the best yes it is close to Mushaireb but the street itself is very busy -The hotel is noisy you can hear people laughing, carts moving at the corridor and even sounds from the rooms next door.-The smell of the kitchen is all over the hotel even inside my room! I had to use my own air refresher to cover the smell ?-It is not worth the value actually you can get much better service for the same price

It's not a big deal of a hotel

Late night noises all night made me change room 3 times.

The staff at the front desk and security are very welcoming, pleasant all through, catering staff were serving with a smile..always attended to our needs even late in the night. Peterson in housekeeping always made sure our room was fresh when we returned in the night. Very pleasant staff overall

I didn’t stay long enough

had a pleasant experience, but I would like to highlight a couple of things.Firstly, Morocan guy Ashraf at the reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. Their professionalism made a positive impression on us. Secondly The housekeeping team did an excellent job ensuring our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay.Best regards,

Swimming pool area

i like the service only

the room was small and the smell of the room was not good

Pretty much everything. Lovely breakfast, great staff, checkin experience, cleanliness

Small size of bedrooms while charges were high comparatively; no shower curtains in the bathroom, press button style toilet spray head.

i like the facilitys and the room verry cleanThe staff also so verry kind and politely, speacialy the team leader Miss Laura verry good and the way how she talk the guess she nice and great i like her?.

Hmmm...sometimes the shower low presure

The location was perfect plus the underground parking is free and the restaurant staff makes the experience worth it. Shout out to Ashu!

Enjoyed everything about the hotel.

Friendly staffNice breakfast

Studio room didn't have external windows, room was so humid and smells like mold. My wife allergies were sever she had to take medication to be able to stay and not suffocate
