- our stay was truly memorable. The room was spacious and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely amazing always helpful and welcoming special thanks to Vera for her outstanding attention and care she truly made a difference and left a lasting impression.Breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety and quality. The pool area was good, though we feel it could be even better with a few enhancements. Overall, a wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back.
Cons -
- Service in the restaurants felt poorly trained, and the breakfast was mediocre at best. Dinner was also just so-so.The pizza was one of the worst I’ve had in a while.Wha we didn’t like is that we had to call up for tooth brushed and bathroom amenities. However, the staff in the sauna and the rest of the wellness area were truly top-notch.
- Need more activity in swimming pool to have more fun
- No private at all .. very crowded on weekends .. no special entrance for presidents

The room was well planned, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The breakfast selection was very good.
I, a female, I booked and paid for the rooms but I was not welcomed nor greeted - my husband was. Several people greeted him with, ‘welcome to the Four Seasons Mr F’ . Not one member of staff made me feel welcome.
It is a very well-organized hotel. You can meet all your needs even through applications. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. It has a beautiful beach. You should definitely experience it.
The food prices are slightly higher compared to other hotels, but the quality is undeniably excellent.
nothing at all !!
i wasn’t satisfied with my stay at all. the room service cleaners stole jewelery from the room and the management of the hotel stated “ we have confidence in our staff members “ blaming us of the missing jewelery and accused us that we falsely put the blame on the cleaners !!!
Beautiful hotel with private beach. Spa facilities. Friendly staff. Great service. Family friendly. Heated pool. Sea view.
Sea view and the room vibes
my reservation explicitly included breakfast. However, upon my arrival, I was surprised to be informed by the reception staff that my booking did not include breakfast. I am certain that I selected a rate with breakfast and paid accordingly.Unfortunately, I was unable to provide proof at the time, but I believe this might be an error from the Booking.com system.
Exceptional staff and service. Great restaurants including the breakfast of course. A fantastic gym.
The beach front and pools are really nice and I liked the view from my room
Facilities cleanliness
Didn’t sleep first 2 nights in room next to elevator so not good value for money
The bedroom was incredible and a great spa
Whilst the stay for the room was good value the food and beverages were very expensive
Extremely friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel
Breakfast wasn’t included
Absolutely fantastic stay. I cannot fault anything at the hotel. Big spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are well lit . Staff are exceptionally helpful. Nice pools outside and my child liked the kids one and they have a small hot tub area for children too which was useful as we visited in December so it is cooler.Good location within 15 mins of souk and main attractions. The staff were lovely with our child which makes the stay pleasant as parents. We would definitely stay here again.
Cleanliness, facilities, staff, and very good location
Room service food could be better
Sea view
Not cleanModest breakfast
Nothing, four season hotels must be better than this
The receptionist is very rude. He charged an additional 3000 QR for the booking without informing me, and I only found out when I asked them. !!
