Bad service

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to very poor service.Despite arriving after the official check-in time, we faced an unreasonable delay in check-in without any proper explanation.Additionally, there was no hot water in the main bathroom of our room. When we reported the issue, the response was very slow. Maintenance eventually arrived and started breaking and repairing inside the room while we were still staying there, which was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.After arguing with the staff, we were informed that all rooms were fully booked, yet the room was only changed very late, after an entire day had passed, causing major inconvenience.Moreover, over the course of two days, we repeatedly requested an iron, but it was only provided on the last day, which clearly reflects the lack of basic service standards.Overall, this hotel offers very poor service and extremely weak management. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Only it has 2 rooms with parking.

I was delayed 1:30 hours to be checked-in. I came at 2:00 pm & they told me check-in time is 3:00 pm. I came at 3:00 pm & they said room is not ready & I had to wait until 4:30 pm to be checked-in. There was no apology, they emphasized to me that check-out time is 12:00 pm although i was delayed 1.5 hours in check-in.I booked the room for a family and they said breakfast is only for 2 adults!!!! This was not clear in the booking.I paid 500 USD per night, the price didn't match the value of stay. If you don't need 2 rooms, don't book at this place.

I was under the impression breakfast was included. It was not. Room was clean, but TV remotes did not work. Could not find English channels on TV.

Nice apartment but still missing things for tourists staying for short time -lack of kitchen items to be able to cook by your self -you cant as a tourist for short time go and buy additional kitchen equipment.Area not the best-but managable

The Hotel needs to improve its response to requests. When we requested room cleaning, they said they would come. However, no one came to clean for the whole day.

Be Careful

1- I was charged twice for my stay, I informed the reception on check-in day. Two weeks have passed so far and the payment is not refunded despite several follow-ups. Vey usual for what is rated as a 5 star accommodation.2- Our reservation was for three persons and only 1 access card key was provided (inconvenient).

It was perfect i loved the ambiance and the rooms were neat and clean..

Actually i forgot some of my stuff in the room when i checked out..Later i remembered i called the hotel they said they have thrown it even though there was nothing to throw the stuff of mine were new why could you do that?

Beautiful hotel and apartments..The experience was very nice from the minute we arrived.. Very helpful staff, the cleanliness of the building was impeccable, supermarket in the foyer that delivers, a beautiful pool area with great views, a fitness centre.. The apartment was large and very well equipped, beds were very comfortable, cafe downstairs too.. Would highly recommend it, and hope to stay again ?

When I reach hotel my second apartment was not readyAnd they told us to wait around one hourWhen I book my room it should be ready for me and I call the hotel before one hour before check in Which is not good for usAfter that they give us 2 rooms in different levels Which is hard to go up and down without a card

They have improved staff becoming good and now feel like they are trained. customer handling and understanding the requests is good now. Location is very nice, near to so many essential places. nice hotel to stay with Family.

Food never tried, they don't have room service, mostly their is closed.
