Its very unique and each room is dedicated to a different artist from all over the world. It’s very beautiful on the inside and very clean and well put and kept. Adel from management was super helpful and very kind to help us arrange everything we needed with the hotel and the staff. I will definitely be booking there soon inshallah.

The location, friendly and professional staff, the bed was comfortable. Aesthetically was beautiful.

1. The rooms lacked any mirrors, if you visit must bring your own mirror otherwise use the bathroom.2. The lighting was very lacking and dim making getting ready and putting makeup very challenging. 3. There is no hot/cold water indicators which keeps you guessing, and the water pressure was very low. 4. The walls are so thin that you hear all the noises from the street and adjacent rooms. 5. The master room was very narrow barely any space between the bed and the tv table.

Perfect location, perfect staff.Special thanks to Reem, she was exceptional from the moment we arrived. She was confident, organized, and made sure we got to our room on time without waiting even 10 minutes. Truly professional and welcoming.

There was some maintenance at 11pm and could not sleep and it kept going for almost 1 hour, then at 2am the fire alarm went off 3 times in 20 minutes interval and no even called us to even apologize about all of the inconvenience or any form of compensation, paying almost 1100QR for this experience is a wrong decision because that night was for a special occasion for me and my wife

Nothing, everything was great but I advise the hotel management to consider warming up the swimming pool water in winter time.

The place is wonderful and it have many services and facilities near the hotel such as restaurants, green spaces, pharmacy, and many activities to do. The service and staff of the hotel is so friendly and welcoming, the apartments are very great compared to their price, the breakfast is delicious and they have various options.

The room is very nice and comfortable , the staff is very friendly Reem and Rachel . All of them are helpful and friendly.

The smell of the room but they cane several time and put perfume. So they tried their best to solve the issue.

Perfect location and good for gathering. The only thing I didn’t like they take additional price with 50 Qar per person for an extra (visitor). You can take their Id’s but without charging. When I ask why you are taking per person this amount. They said because we do service for extra guests, and there was no any extra services for our guests and everything I ordered from the restaurant I paid for it, it was not free. Even I brought a service lady from outside for my guests, not even one service I ordered from the hotel. And also they said we did a valley parking and only 3 cars were parking and others were with a driver. Everything was perfect, the bell boy was so friendly and helpful, the receptionist and all staff in there, the manager. The stay was very nice. The only problem was that we should pay an extra for any guests visit us in the apartment.

The furniture is is very used and dirty, one of the decorative pillows on the bed had a very big noticeable brown stain, the bathrooms need deep cleaning, as well as the living room, it really needs renovation.

I love the atmosphere of the hotel. It feels like a home. Everything was clean. The AC was easy to use.But overall, I really love the experience would come again soon.

.. however, the bed was too hard for me to sleep, and it was not comfortable at all, which is a shame because I really love the rules, but the bed was not comfortable. The pillows was too soft and when I ordered the room service, the connection was bad so there was a failur

It is very classy. I celebrated my daughter BD and it was amazing day. Adil and Rim in the reception are very polite and helpful.

Getting the security deposit back took a very long time

Everything was perfect for our stay, from staff at the parking, at the reception, at the housekeeping. Everyone was just wonderful, made us feel very welcomed, and definitely will ba backThe room we had was decorated nicely, with comfy beds and splended features.
