It’s not a 4 start hotel. Not even 2 star

The location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and visit the attractions I wanted to see. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-Overall, I had a fantastic stay at your hotel

Firstly, I was disappointed to find that the hotel has a smoking area/shisha lounge, which was quite disturbing due to the strong smell of shisha that often wafted into the lobby and surrounding areas. As a non-smoker, I found it quite unpleasant and overwhelming at times.Additionally, I felt that the breakfast options were somewhat limited, and the variety could be improved to cater to a wider range of tastes and dietary preferences.

Location was ok.

Breakfast was not really good. The offering was very poor. There was only creme cheese, not even regular cheese, feta or even butter available.

Convenient Location, walking distance from Corniche, Museum, Souq Waqif, Flag Plaza.

Lot of construction around the hotel. Breakfast was OK, not bad but nothing to brag about.

I was told that breakfast wasn't included, which makes me confused. What I knew, breakfast is included.

Side table not clean, lpin light flickering and fire alarm beeping in the middle of the night.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially Sameen from housekeeping, was extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Nothing in particular—I really enjoyed my stay!

I had a very disappointing stay at Gloria Hotel due to poor service and unprofessional handling by the front desk. I specifically requested connected rooms for my family and non-smoking rooms, but instead I was given two separate rooms on different floors, and both were smoking rooms with a strong, unpleasant smell.When I complained, the front desk staff kept promising that they would change the rooms later, but nothing was ever done. I kept waiting and following up, only to be ignored and left without a solution.This caused unnecessary stress for my family and completely ruined our stay. If the hotel cannot honor basic requests like non-smoking and connected rooms, they should be honest upfront instead of making false promises. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The staff were super friendly and helpful

The parking was an issue , we had to park in an empty land not a a shade and If only they change the tv , get a tv that had applications they was no Netflix and it was hard to screen mirror

Close to the Corniche, Souk Wakif.

Hotel is close to a bar and the honking of the taxies in front at 2am until late 3am, are unbearable.In the proximity of a mosque, therefor 5am you are up if you are a light sleeper.

The breakfast was so good also the location.Very good staff, special thanks to ms Kaberah from the reception who was so helpful with a such nice attitude.

The parking is so bad especially for big carrs

My wife and I had a great experience staying in the Gloria Hotel and Suites Doha, Qatar. Starting from the express check in and check out process, which makes it flawless experience. The location of the hotel is close to all of the great spots in Doha City. The staff were good but the service could improve. The food in the breakfast buffet was good but not as good as other hotels i have been to. The only part i did not like about this hotel is the hassle to park your vehicle. The hotel offers a basement parking operated by a security guy who i have to wait for until he sees me from the camera. There were several times where i stayed in front of the gate waiting on him for a while to open the gate but no luck. So i had to go find parking somewhere else. This feature needs serious updates where you can use your hotel card to access parking rather than wait on someone who's often not sitting on his desk watching the camera. Other than that it was a good stay.

The hotel itself is okay and the location is good, which is a plus.

I was extremely upset with the basic housekeeping service.We checked in as two guests, but the room had only one towel. I had to call reception, and they eventually brought another one. The next day, housekeeping cleaned the room, took both towels, and again left us with only one towel for two people.We called reception twice, and no one answered. As a result, we were forced to share one towel, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel.This is a very basic standard, and failing at something so simple seriously affected our stay.

Nice breakfast, comfortable bed. Good size of the room.

Checking in was slow. We been told we can check in at 3pm, but the room was not ready. We walk in to our room at 4.45 ish… ?‍??‍?. Aircon was quite noisy.

The staff the customer service is just horribleI called them 16 times and they kept just picking up and hanging up on my faceIt was overall just a frustrating experience because of the staff

Staff are a bit rude. The neighborhood is not very pleasant although it’s relatively close to things.

Location was great. Staff were great. Walking distance to Souq Waqif and national museum.

- Showing Towels were wired out and need replacement. - If you come late at night, the traffic created by people existing the night clubs across the road made the area so congested.

The breakfast was great. There are made to order eggs, hot prepared meal options, and a nice dejection of fruits and yogurts as well. It’s surrounded by many of the local tourist attractions. As a side note, Uber was extremely inexpensive in Doha.

Sheets were not clean. Room smelled of cigarettes. It took the staff to bring extra towels to our rooms. No wash clothes

Lovely hotel. Very clean and in a good location. The breakfast is really good! Such a huge number of choices to eat!
