I expected my room to be balcony with the sea view because it is what was on the description of the room but it wasn’t i stay on a window with a sea view because when i cam the room they have balcony with no sea view , but the room was clean

it takes almost 7-10 minutes to reach the corniche and get out of the Mina district

the location, our room was in the heart of the Mina Port. Many essential shops are nearby, plenty of restaurants too. The view was exceptional, if you wake up early enough you will catch the beautiful sunrise. We came with four other families to celebrate Christmas and we did have a great time.

Bathtub is big for our family as my autistic son loves to bathe in it. Sadly, the room that we got did not have any. But if you’re fine without one, then the place is perfect for you. It’s clean, spacious and the location is a tourist hub.

They cagrged me for a dirty towel 70 QR and it was just milk chocolate it couldve been cleened so easily never in my life have i been charged for a towel! If it was something like a broken glass or the plated i would gladly pay but for a towel! Unacceptable!!very bad staff

Towel is low quality Apartment so oldWindows are so dirtyThe door of the apartment was broken The shower head was dripping all night and it drove me crazy I wasn’t able to sleep at all

- A bit noisy.- The need of using the golf cart in every move.

There is worker work at 12:00 am and too much noise we couldn’t sleep and I called the room service and they didn’t do anything

The balcony not very secure. Random people come up and sit closer the the apartment which is annoying

An exceptional hotel in a breathtaking location with outstanding service. Truly a hidden gem! I want to especially recognize Hari for his remarkable hospitality and support he made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of his way to help us throughout our stay.

I appreciated the luggage weighing facility, but I do wish it were accessible at all hours of the day and evening for added convenience.

Near the airport for the Qatar airways mandatory overnight stay. And you get to see the Arabian gulf.

They didn’t think about road access very well. But that’s the Uber’s problem I guess.

The junior suite was beyond stunning — spacious, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed with elegant cultural touches. The balcony opened up to a breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf, easily the most beautiful view we’ve ever witnessed. The breakfast was truly exceptional — every dish was freshly prepared and beautifully presented, especially the pancakes, shakshuka, and mezze selection. The staff were respectful, the location serene, and the ambience unforgettable.

Honestly, nothing stood out as negative. If I had to be critical, perhaps the junior suite upgrade could be a bit more affordable — but after the experience, it felt completely worth it.

Serene and beautiful sea view. Nice Filipina waitress at the restaurant. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. Comfortable bed in a large room.

No breakfast buffet although the set breakfast was nice and well presented. Not much to do in the hotel as it has no spa or pool.

Apartment very big, friendly staff, near to main areas

There was a lot of noise, and you could hear everything outside. We spoke with the receptionist, and they sent security to prevent people from sitting beside our apartment.

Shaimaa was really lovely and professional, the studio is quite small but the one bedroom apartment is great. The kitchen is full equipped The location is great The place is great for family The staff are very helpful and nice and they provide transportation around the place

The only thing that needs improvement and the only issue is the cleanliness of the place, I gave many instructions to the housekeeping staff but they keep ignoringFound bugs a couple of times, and I often found that they don’t clean the dust properly. And although I asked them to clean the balcony over 10 times they kept ignoring my request.

Everything was perfect during my time at the hotel. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the view was especially impressive. The staff were all kind and helpful. The location was both central and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I would love to stay at again. Thank you!
