The Grand Lux Hotel

It was a very nice experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hospitality was excellent. I also received a complimentary meal, which was a pleasant surprise. Room service was very good, and the food was delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

The front staff were very professional Leslie the asst. Front desk manager was very thorough

The original room which was supposed to be smoke free the previous occupants must have smoked as the aroma was strong I called it in down to the front desk the person came up also called it back in talking about the smell they swiftly changed my room it was very fast very professional very efficient most impressive.

Parking was really hard, especially at night.

Delay during check-in process due to non readiness of non-smoking room. Maintenance was required to fix the AC. Some flying Insects in the room. Lack of Maintenance to some items in the room

Location was good

The hotel’s service was extremely disappointing.Despite my prior request, the hotel failed to provide two separate beds, which was completely ignored upon arrival. When I insisted on my confirmed request, the reception staff’s attitude was unprofessional and far from polite.In addition, the lack of available parking was a major inconvenience, especially for a hotel of this standard. Even more surprisingly, no assistance was offered with our luggage from the moment we arrived, which was both frustrating and unacceptable.Overall, the hotel has a good location, but it is very poorly managed. The administrative and service shortcomings significantly overshadow any positives, making the experience unpleasant and disappointing.

Great price the front staff are very friendly very helpful they remember my preferences

How the wait staff in the lobby main entrance just passes me by ignoring the dirty plates on my table but taking care of other tables around me I have to Literally get their attention to remove the plates and cups Very Rude. The chef/cook during dinner completely botched my meal a simple pasta dish and they laughed about it either retrain him or let him go youngish Filipino guy.

Excellent stay at The Grand Lux. The highlight was the superb reception team—special thanks to Ismail and Kamal for their warm, professional, and attentive service from check-in to departure. They truly made our visit exceptional. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately nothing

Bad attitude from the reception, specially Reda. Bed not comfortable at all, they gave us a free breakfast but unfortunately when we went in the morning they told us that we don’t t have a breakfast in our room and we should pay for it. Toilets are so bad.

I've Tried 4 Rooms, as I Stayed in the Hotels 4 Consecutive times, 2 Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable, especially the ones in 7th Floor, while one room in 3rd floor, I Couldn't sleep as it was above the Night club, but the staff immediately transferred me to another one.

One of the Rooms had a very loud air blow sound, from above the ceiling, and the AC Grill also had a very loud sound, When I asked for the Maintenance, They did not come, and I had to stay 3 Nights in this Loud sound it was very annoying

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.I would like to give special thanks to Fazel and Ismail for their exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness truly made my stay enjoyable.I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities are too old they need to renovate
