Great location, room size, Hotel decoration, and the services. In addition, the quietness.

The stay was short.

The view, the food, and the in-room dining and butler service teams are perfect.

The hotel design feels overly extravagant, but when it comes to details and comfort, a lot is missing. The room layout is inconvenient and makes moving between areas unnecessarily complicated. I also expected better coordination between the hotel teams. When I asked for a late checkout, I was told it wasn’t possible, which I respected, so I rushed to prepare and be ready on time. However, despite that, I ended up being delayed because the security team took around twenty minutes to arrive, and when they did, they couldn’t open the safe. Later, while I was leaving with the luggage team, they asked me again to “wait for security”!! As a guest, I shouldn’t be the one waiting for them! it should be the other way around.*By the way, their safety box doesn’t have any instructions. It’s the first time in my life I’ve seen this in a hotel.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The property is very luxurious and everything felt great and extravagant. Great for a staycation.

Perhaps because we stayed at high floor, but during the night there was a lot of wind noise in the balcony area. I struggled to sleep because of this. There was maintenance in the floor above us so the balcony was closed anyways.

Size, location and decoration

Staff service was bad not responding quickly. Room service wasn’t to our expectations and the AC was warm despite the calls made to fix it or improve it

I recently stayed at Raffles Hotel and while the BRD arrangement was elegant, the food was delicious, and the eview was stunning, the service left a lot to be desired.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in a five-star hotel. I had arranged for helium balloons for a special occasion, but the hotel lost them for nearly two hours. By the time they were found, the balloons had partially deflated, and my guest arrived before the setup, completely ruining the surprise.Additionally, when we tried to order breakfast, the line was constantly busy, and it took a while for the staff to return our call — something I’ve never experienced in any other luxury hotel.Overall, a beautiful place with great food, but sadly, the service fell far below expectations, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

You have to stay at this stunning hotel to truly experience luxury, chic sophistication, and timeless elegance. The architecture and views are absolutely breathtaking. I stayed in one of their suites, and I’m still searching for the right words to describe the masterpiece that is Raffles Doha.

Nothing really.

From the moment I arrived at Raffles Doha, I was completely blown away. The service is not just excellent—it’s exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive to every detail of my stay.One of my favorite features was the in-room digital tablet system that controlled lighting, curtains, room service, and more with a single touch. It was high-tech but very user-friendly.Every piece of furniture felt custom-designed for comfort and elegance. The bed was a cloud—by far one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.Raffles Doha is not just a hotel, it’s an unforgettable experience. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury star stay in Qatar.

It was an exceptional experience. The hotel is an architectural masterpiece. The service is beyond excellent. The staff are friendly and strive for the comfort of the guests, starting from the reception to the room service. It will be my first choice when I visit Doha.

Overall clean,

The swimming pool facility - has a fee to access. Also the food items that I ordered were not good quality. The chicken biriani was extremely disgusting in taste.

The design , nice bed , bathroom beautifully made

Small hotel , not very clean balcony. Swimming bool was closed for maintenance and used the other hotel pool small and cold water . No landscape , strange elevators

An absolutely fantastic hotel. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the experience is unmatched.All the staff we interacted with, from Fred at the door to Abdul in reception, were absolutely brilliant - so kind, friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home, offering us recommendations and answers to all our questions.My only complaint about the hotel would be the room service. We ordered one time for some drinks (3 mocktails and 2 karakh) and it took more than 45 minutes to be delivered!

İ liked everyrhing. İ admired everyrhing. İt is a fantastik hotel. May ve there is anywere a better hotel, but hardly a more souful. The personel is beyond any praise. I would especially like to thank the two young men at the reception who helped me check in on 24.03. One of them is called Ze, he is from Myanmar. My sympathies to his compatriots in connection with the events that took place in his country. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the second one. He is a tall, handsome man. They provided me with such a wonderful room, a stay in which I will probably never forget for the rest of my life. It was a real gift for my birthday

There was nothing what İ did not like.

Incredibly poor service.I have never experienced a stay in a 5 hotel like in Raffles.The only positive about this hotel is that looks good.There is not enough staff,and the ones present are overwhelmed as they can not fulfill minimum requirements for the customers.The room service it is a joke,if you ask for milk for your coffee as there is not any in your room,nor sugar,nor powder milk- which for a 5 star hotel is unacceptable,you may get it after few phone calls and with an hour delay!The fridge in the room has a temperature of 20 degrees in it-so you can enjoy warm water rather than cold as the fridge door is broken-does not not shut bit staff is busy to fix it.The water taps in the bathroom do not shut so the water leaks and drops continuously in the sinks and in the shower.There is no drainage in the shower cabin,so once you shower the marble floor is so slippery as all 3 of us fell few times in the shower and hurt ourselves let alone the water overflowed from the shower cabin into the whole bathroom and toilet area.There are no umbrellas at the pool so if you need to stay with your child in the shade you can not enjoy the swimming pool which is false advertising it should state”adult only hotel not that the children and family are welcome!”In the washrooms the water from the bidet is freezing cold,even a 4 star hotel as 2 taps with cold and hot water but Raffles does not.No communication was being sent out when we booked the hotel or when we arrived to inform us of private parties or closure of some of the restaurants and us not being able to have food or drinks during 2 days of our 4 days stay which ruined our stay as we booked this hotel to especially enjoy dinner at the hotel so we sadly had to go out to eat and drink!Not all staff seem to speak English so when you order food and drinks you may be served something else and is frustrating to have to wait another hour to be served correctly!

Beautiful suite. Everything was super clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

In room dining served Tomato soup instead of minestrone soup and didn't bother to apologize or offered replacement. Also during breakfast I requested to serve non dairy butter but they served the regular one. I had the same breakfast throughout my stay but the bill amounts varied for each day.Didn't have enough option for Gluten free and Lactose free food.Also not satisfied with services.It's not worth the price i paid for stay.

The feeling that I am in Raffles. Lounge is beautiful. Staff all helpful. Acoustic restaurant we like too.

We were not able to use the steam room because the water went all over the place and the staff asked us not to use it.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel look and feel were luxurious. The amenities and services were very useful (specially the butler service). The bathroom was high end with nice technology. The view and the huge balcony were amazing.

The butler did not answer every time we called (we usually call once a day, at the end of the day when we order out). Regarding the checkout we asked for a late checkout which was approved but the electricity was cut off from the room anyway, so we needed to remind them and they turned it back on.
