Not walking distance to stores, but close enough with Uber

The room space was fine and fit my family wellCar parking There was a mini market near the hotel.

The bed is very noisy and uncomfortable. The room cleanliness was not up to the required standard. It is not possible to request any extra bed, nor can you request an iron or any other additional services. The towels are very old and worn out, the carpet is not clean, and there is no restaurant in the hotel. If you have children, you should be cautious, as the windows can be opened very easily and there are no safety screens.

Room was nice, staff was nice, bed was nice. All was quite good except they are building a new building right across the street and the banging all day and all night is something to note. Once that construction stops, it would be 10x more enjoyable. Nice little gym and topsite pool. One of the pools is a little heated the other is not.

Early check-in and very attentive reception. Location is near many resturants and other amenities.

The room service was not as expected. They only gave 1 bath towel for 2 persons. We had to contact housekeeping ourself to get extra blanket for our kids. Towels were in very bad conditions. Housekeeping didn't use to clean whole apartment only some of it.

Well within close proximity to the city Centre, very helpful receptionist. Very nice neighborhood and very good customer service. Separate Roof top pool and gym for male and female. Pools are designed for only good swimmers due to the depth of the pool which is above 1.8 m.

The swimming pool has a fixed depth and not appealing to non swimmers below 1.8m tall.

The staff very helpful

The rooms have a very strong spell of mould and fungus growing on the wall with you from my point of view as a design architect is very unhealthy. It may cause a severe sickness for the residence stay in the facility. The management of the hotel should take care of this issue and the treat the serious problem urgently.

Timeouts cleaning and changing of linen and bathroom towels

Cooking equipment not enough. Did not have spatter or egg lifter in cooking.

Property and location is good

Beware of your deposit , they will go to any extend to claim the deposits. Like kitchen item is missing bowl is missing , even we didn’t use kitchen at all. Counter staff not trained to attend customers.

From what i faced, forgot everything

Dear [Booking Platform/Hotel Manager],I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unfortunate experience I had during my recent stay at Terminal Inn By Edar City, and to request both a full refund and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.Upon my arrival at Terminal Inn By Edar City at approximately 5 AM, I was informed that my prepaid room had been given to another guest due to my delayed arrival. Despite communicating my delay beforehand, I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of respect shown towards my confirmed booking. This not only put me and my family, including my young children, in a distressing situation but also blatantly disregarded my rights as a paying customer.Charging two guests for the same room, and then claiming that there was no accommodation available, is unacceptable. This left us exhausted and stressed after a long journey. Ultimately, the issue was rectified by offering us a room. However, the distress and inconvenience faced cannot merely be forgotten or overlooked. It not only wasted our valuable time but also diminished the overall quality of our trip.Considering the severe inconvenience and poor service experienced, I kindly request the following:1. A full refund of the amount paid for my stay at Terminal Inn By Edar City.2. Additional compensation to acknowledge the severe inconvenience caused, including the stress and discomfort experienced by my family due to the lack of available accommodation upon our arrival.I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take prompt action. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent location with all required amenities close by.

Fire alarm goes off regularly which is very disturbing.

There was no hot water and only a trickle of cold water came out of the shower.Windows have no soundproofing and face a busy main road and construction site .No breakfast available.

Room size.

- Bad smell through out the facility; carry on to the apt- It was 24/7 noise due to construction on the side- Not comfortable stay- Bare minimum of everything; kitchen lacking utensil (terrible knife set, old and dull)- Found cockroaches roaming in restroom (have pic)- Food leftovers left in the corridor for days; until we complaint about it- Staff not helpful neither knowledgeable about simple things; for example: asked for an power extension strip which costs QR 15-20 in local supermarket (we bought one) since outlets are different than USA ones. Their answer was we don’t have; lacking customer service …- No staff knew how to operate the washer/dryer in dryer mide only and had no user manual either. Didn’t know if their machine would dry or not … wow!! No interest to help. - Summary: Won’t recommend it to anybody.

Room has a full on oven so we were able to bake cookies and pizza. There's also a washer. Stove is electric and so easy to use.

No nearby convenient stores. Fire alarm in the building is too sensitive so it goes off lots of times during our stay. Noise from construction can be too loud.

Spacious and you can cook

Previously almost 2 years ago it was pleasant to stay at Terminal Inn, I thought it was the same on my visit but unfortunately my expectations were too much and the only thing that was really working for me is the space we get from the room. There was a construction on going, I didn’t sleep nicely during my stay, for can’t be open easily I had to go up and down the reception for key resetting until I get feed up and complained about it, they changed the battery but still we struggled to open the door at times.
