Very welcoming staff, room was exceptionally clean and huge, also a great view.

Slight mix up with location for Uber pick point. Must be more than one entrance. Nothing to do with the hotel, the staff were very helpful when that saw my puzzlement trying to figure out where my car was.

Location is good though the hotel exit is miserable and confusing.

Does not live to the hype or meet any expectations. Slow service. Weird inconsistent facilities. The reception staff do not even put in the effort to meet the guest’s expectations. Security staff are messy and pushy for no reason (apparently having a traveller’s bidet constitutes an emergency to drag the guest out of their room and back in the lobby to check their baggage).The bed is uncomfortable, the pillows are soft and dated (and I can swear one had the smell of urine). You call for extra towels, none get sent. You call for water, you get a weird response like you’re not supposed to. You take a shower (not even a hot one), fire alarm sounds a single ring, room electricity gets shut off and you have to wait for the staff to come and light everything up (and it takes them a while, so if it were a true fire, the time factor is gone I guess). You cannot control the blinds. The electrical wiring in the room means you either get all lights on, or none. The collection of TV channels is poor to say the least. The pool gets one hour of sunshine tops.The restaurant staff were literally lost. The head server (cant remember his name, probably for the best) was so rude on my last day just because I walked in 30 minutes before the buffet was to close, he literally was throwing the dishes on my table rather than serve them.Its just a disappointment. Never again.

This was my second stay at Andaz Doha, and once again it was outstanding. The room was modern, stylish, and very well designed with everything easy to use and within reach. It was spotless clean, which made the experience even more comfortable. The room was perfectly quiet — both inside and with the air conditioning, which worked flawlessly without a sound.Special thanks to Duty Manager Julia for her exceptional attention and hospitality. I would also like to thank the wonderful spa receptionists, Agustina and Nassira, as well as my therapist Ann — their professionalism and warmth made the spa experience truly outstanding.A truly relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

I like this hotel so much, i go to Doha very often for business and i don't think twice, Amazing staff, the location is perfect and the rooms are perfectly designed to make you feel comfortable, the details in every corner is just everything you ever want! people at the reception are very very welcoming, they always make sure i have a great stay even for 2 hours sometimes.keep it up and looking forward to visiting you more

The Staff and Service is excellent. The food is good.

The hotel lacks basic sports and recreational facilities such as table tennis, billiards, tennis, chess, or carroms, which would have added some much-needed entertainment options for guests. Additionally, the swimming pool hours could be improved—extending access into the night would enhance the overall guest experience, especially for those who prefer to swim in the evening.

The room was spacious and furnished with a comfortable bed and generously sized sofa. The bathroom came with a vanity table and nice amenities.I had dinner at the Salt Road restaurant which I recommend because of it’s creative approach to an underestimated ingredient.The entire hotel seemed to be nicely organized and clean. The Qatari inspired design is implemented nicely.

The hotel seemed quite empty and I felt a bit forlorn in the vast property. Never met another guest in the common areas during my short stay (1 night only).The music in the Hawker restaurant was ridiculously loud (luckily there was a more civilized atmosphere in the other restaurant on the premises).The toilet was a „downsized“ Japanese version which was lit at night but didn’t quite work.

New hotel, Amazing facilities, super friendly staff - our flight departure time was 8am so we have to check out at 5am, the hotel staff went above and beyond provided us an amazing breakfast at 4:30am.

I was surprised by the technology inside the room. This setup used to be in Japan, not in the Middle East. my only comment, since you already have sensors to close the curtains, it is better to connect it with the lighting as well, so once the guest enters the room in the evening, the light automatically on and I don't need to search where is the switch :D. i realize there is a switch right beside the door, and it was small and black, so not too easy to locate it from the first day :D the staff were too good in reception, and you have a good mix of nationalities

I have to say it, the hotel lobby, restaurant, and business lounge are full of mosquitoes. I traveled to Doha for work and I had to use the business lounge, and it was really not too good experience cause of the distraction mosquitoes made

Issues that affected our stay very badly

We recently stayed at this hotel for four nights and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected.We had booked in advance and specifically requested two rooms far from each other. Upon check-in, the staff confirmed that the rooms were separated, but when we arrived at the rooms, they were right next to each other. Despite informing the reception, nothing was done to resolve the issue.Things got worse on the second night when the electricity went out in our room. We contacted reception, and an engineer came to fix it. However, he entered the room with his shoes on and accessed the electrical panel from a cabinet where we had our clothes stored. The issue was temporarily resolved, but it happened again the next morning—we woke up sweating in the heat because the air conditioning wasn’t working and the power was out again. Throughout our stay, the air conditioner also made a constant loud noise, which made it hard to sleep.After raising these issues, the manager moved us to a different room and promised compensation for the two disrupted nights. Unfortunately, no one followed up. During checkout, we asked for the manager again but were told they were unavailable. The receptionist said she would contact us and provide the manager’s email, but we never received any follow-up.To make matters worse, we discovered upon checkout that the second room, where our family members were staying, had experienced the same electricity problem—they just didn’t mention it until we were leaving.Overall, the lack of proper response and accountability was very disappointing. We expected better service and communication, especially from hotel management.

Staff, cleanliness and design/decoration

The automatic toilets are not helpful. The in-room dining options need improvement. The shower pressure was very weak

The place is very clean, the location is excellent and the view is breathtaking.The reception staff are very excellent, respectful, kind and dedicated to providing service, especially Ibtisam. I offer her very special thanks.Special thanks to the lifeguard staff, they were excellent and my children loved the pool because of them.I thank the employee Aya for accepting the comments with an open heart.

1- The Internet is bad.2- there are a lights in the room ceiling, that you can’t close it, I think it’s for emergency, and that is annoying.3- I had to carry my bags myself due to the delay of the room service in collecting them in preparation for leaving the hotel.
