Century Marina Hotel - Lusail

Location.

TV couldn¿t get to the channels due to media not available. Curtain had a problem with open/close till I have to call FD. One of the towels has stain and they kept it as a clean towel. Overall experience an average.

The hotel was modern and clean, with comfortable rooms and a great marina view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient and quiet.

Check-in took a bit longer than expected, and some amenities felt limited for a one-night stay.

Very beautiful architecture, especially at night!A stunning view, and the proximity to the Vendôme Mall is just perfect.The receptionists were exceptionally kind and welcoming ?Great breakfast too!

Two days nobody showed team to service or clean the place. Tray of food in front of my room for two days

Our holiday in Century Marina Hotel was perfect! The location is excellent, close to the Vendom mall and Marina Promenade, with a beautiful view from our Superior Panoramic room. Our regards and big thanks to Mr. Noureddin, who helped us with some problems in our reservation and made our stay pleasant and comfortable. The room was big and clean, and the breakfast was perfect, except for the pastry, for us it was too crispy and hard. Would like to stay another time.

The property was very spacious and the staff was very accommodating.

There wasn’t hot water in the shower and I was unable to increase the heat in the room.

Super central if you want to be close to all Lusail attractions; staff very friendly and room very spacious and clean.

The reservation was canceled without valid reason and I have to the hotel to reinstate my reservation. The hotel was blaming Booking for this and found out later the they have overbooking because of football club reservations We have reserved 5 different rooms and price for this reservation was almost double the amount The check in took one hour to get the room keys

I like the beautiful views. I throughly enjoyed the breakfast and variety of dishes that was served. The sauna facility was great and the staff is definitely friendly.

The staff are exceptionally professional, helpful, and kind. Every time I requested something, the response was quick and efficient. The location is excellent, close to all major attractions and conveniences. Max 20 mins drive!

The room shows noticeable signs of wear and wasn’t presented in a condition that feels freshly prepared. Also, the daily housekeeping quality could be improved.

Check-in was smooth and easy.The breakfast was very good.The staff offered a crib for our baby, which was thoughtful.The bathroom was great—well designed and comfortable.We enjoyed the children’s pool on the rooftop and the men’s spa.

The carpet in room 602 was very dirty, and the hallway carpets looked old and dated.I’d recommend replacing all carpets with tile or wood flooring since they’re easier to keep clean.One of the “fresh” towels had a terrible smell; I had to request replacements.The seating area by the rooftop pool needs improvement.

I like the Location

(Poor Service and Unprofessional Front Desk Staff)The overall service was extremely slow, and the front desk staff—especially the male employees—were neither friendly nor helpful. On one occasion, I requested a late check-out extension of one or two hours. The staff member I spoke to approved the request. However, on the day of check-out, we were surprised to learn that his colleagues were unaware of this arrangement because he had failed to log it into the system. As a result, we were forced to leave the hotel by 1:30 PM, which was frustrating and unprofessional.(Breakfast and Cleanliness Concerns)The breakfast served was very average and not up to the standard we expected. Additionally, one of the staff members working in the breakfast area—a female employee of Indian nationality—appeared to lack basic personal hygiene. This was quite off-putting and made us feel uncomfortable while trying to enjoy our meal.

The bed is very comfortable. The location is A+. The facility is very clean. The staff are very helpful and respectful. The foods, the breakfast is great. I was always looking forward to it. Though, they should work on improving the varieties. Everything clicked. I will surely come again. The Lusail location with short proximity to Beef Bar, the mall and many other restaurants is an attraction. I got an upgrade without being told. This is really thoughtful of the management. Thank you.

Nothing literally it was the worse staycation ever.

They kept us waiting in the lobby for 2 hours to check in!!! Then after this waste of time knowing that we called before going and receptionist said you can come the guest is leaving. People kept checking in and out and we are there, the room smelled awful! AC wasn't working had to wait for 20 minutes for the technicians to figure out the issue than I asked to change the room again asked me to wait for another 30 minutes to change the room again ! Which was a joke waste of time I asked to cancel the whole thing but, thanks to booking no refund so yea. Last room in the middle of the day the roof started leaking ! Water leak and water drops everywhere had to call the reception and inform them the technicians were sent to my room 2:00AM which is not acceptable or comfortable in any way then again they said AC is leaking and not working need to change the room for third time in half day.

Everything, the view, the design and the service were very wonderful, the staff were very friendly and kind and helped me a lot, thank you. The best hotel ❤️
