Pool frozen we paid $2k extra for a pool and couldn’t use it cuz they don’t have a heater. Room heater didn’t work.Bath broken it always drained therefore it is not a bath but a place where you pour water on yourself that’s not a shower Mosquitos and fruit flies every time we ate inside.We had to pay for Apple TV $500 but we are getting a refund after 2-3 weeks or something. Was like a security hold or some crapThe doors don’t close all the windows stay open and bugs get in.

The furniture was worn out and the bathroom drain was blocked.

The main reason I booked this accommodation at such a high price was to enjoy the private pool. But unfortunately, the water was extremely cold. I asked the maintenance team to adjust the temperature, but nothing was done.For two whole days, the pool was just for view

Everything was amazing The stuff were very friendly and helpful.

The salon close early and the dining and menu was extremely expensive for no reason I hope they can fix these two things. Otherwise the entire experience was amazing.

property is beautiful, villas in particular are stunning, but lots and lots of plumbing and electrical issues with all the rooms. On our first night, our toilet clogged at 10 am while my son was asleep. Lots of maintenance people in and out of our room couldn’t unclog it. They pulled out the whole seat from the wall but still nothing. Two hours later at midnight we were invited to move to a lovely two bedroom villa at the property. However, we refused because the electricity Dosent work at that villa and needs to be switched on and off from the electrical panel at the entrance. we refused the room and asked to be moved to a functioning room the next day. The next two bedroom villa we moved to the next day was stunning but when I used the kitchen sink, the drain flooded in the kitchen. Also, all the curtains can only be switched on and off through remotes and some didn’t have batteries in them. Only discovered this problem at 10 pm when we got back to our the room to close the curtains and had to call the staff to fix the problem again. Overall a beautiful property and nice staff but too many MEP problems. Also, only one restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner gets tedious and you need more choice.

beautiful architecture. wonderful and friendly staff. not far from most places so you won’t spend too long travelling. 10/10 wools visit again.

Exceptional resort and villas. We were fortunate enough to stay in the 2 bedroom villa with private pool. The modern decor, high tech lighting and automated curtains, large screen TVs, tablets in rooms and beautiful bathrooms are up there with the best we have been fortunate to have stayed in. Staff were excellent on site

Slight issue with the shower head in both bathroom's malfunctioning but this did not affect our experience and we updated staff on this when checking out. Also the online room service ordering had glitches but a quick call to reception sorted the order

I like everything perfect. The staff are very friendly. Thanks for good service. I like also the pool is comfortable and they provide us what ever we need especially for kids.?????????????????see you next time???????????????????????????

It was amazing from the moment we checked in to the minute we checked out! The staff and the villa and the pool was so clean and well maintained! It is an amazing resort for the hull family!

The price on the in-room dinning was a bit expensive but similar to any other hotels

The place is very clean and luxurious. The villa is very private, the outdoor area is very cosy with a swimming pool which is clean.

The team of Maysan was very professional and very friendly and understanding They know how to deal with problems and act really fast They always come with the solution and a big smile on their faces ,

The only thing I didn’t like that all the food requests must have something missing they never come with the full order or the side dishes or cutlery. For example we order for 4 person they bring only 2 sets of cutlery. French fries comes without ketchup and mayo

The villas are spacious, the privacy, so secluded, the interior & exterior are complementing each other, the staff are the cherry on top of the cake , from Mr. Basel, Mr.Salah , Mr.Omer who made sure our gathering at the villa goes smoothly, to Ashraf , who made us feel like home , and helping us with our language to the villa , & Omaymam who was so kind and sweet , & Najwa was always there while having the guests over with in room dining , honestly my guest & i were very impressed by the quality of food too

The wood surrounding the pool in our villa , needs maintenance, we ended up with some wood splinters

the stuff they try to do the best for the guste

1. At night there’s Bugs/ Flying insects in the swimming pool, which is not comfortable for swimming2. after 9 O’clock AM we can’t swimming because of Sun rays wich is very hot and I suggest to put Umbrella for the pool

We had a wonderful stay at Maysan this weekend.The room was beautiful, very private, clean and spacious. The pool was amazing, and water temperature was really good. The staff are very helpful, always smiling and very hospitable. We tried the in-room dinning and the service was excellent and quick. We tried the Tiramisu and the Mediterranean breakfast. The food was great and the breakfast portions were more than enough for two. This will not be my last stay on Maysan! PS: There were some insects around the pool but we expected that and it was not as bad as we thought!

1_the privacy is not 100% .2_ the light of the exit in the night .3_ the shower water is all out the door so when i take the shower all the floor of the toilet is wet ..4_ there was a smell beside the pool .5_ there was a delay on my order.
