TREFFEN HOUSE DOHA - Souq Waqif and next to Msheireb Metro Station

Its near to souq waqif

The property itself old, no bidet and we ask for change room they change our room on next day but on the next room the cr has no drainage so if u use the cr all the water will go out from the cr. The curtain its dirty and full of dust!

It’s very close to the Msheireb metro station. That’s all.

The rooms, especially the bathroom, were not clean enough. Hot water was a serious problem; the shower was unusable due to insufficient water. Breakfast was mediocre.

1. The room is extremely dirty, did not feel comfortable with using the toilet, bed, etc. everything is really dirty and old.. WC seat is broken and shower basin is turning into brown colour with no drain cover! 2. No tissues, no tooth brush or toothpaste, no iron (only if requested -they took a whole one hour to bring to the room)3. Iron table and iron are very dirty4. Ordered food from outside the hotel, asked them to bring it to the room, they said they’re not allowed 5. Bags stored inside the hotel prior to the check-in with no tags6. Staff are careless, called several times for them to bring an iron, called both; the reception and instant service (twice) with no answer until my third call! 7. Ceiling, floor, doors are very dirty8. Leftovers from their previous guest stay found under tables Not recommended for a stay, not even for 1 minute, unfortunately, this will be my first and last stay in this hotel.

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food and Hotel central, everything, very good Tech person in the Hotel

1- Staff attitude. Especially Maria at the reception, was unwelcoming and not friendly at all. They need to work on their communication skills.2- our toilet didn’t have a hose! A basic facility in a hotel in a muslim country. The other room we booked had one. 3- room lighting, very bad. The room is dark and furniture very old. The baby crib was wobbly.

wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. WIFI good and We stayed at 3 hotels in Rome and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

Close to main city.

The accommodation appeared older than shown in the photos and was not very clean. The blanket had a musty odor, and there was continuous wind noise from the ceiling throughout the stay.

the room service open the door while I'm sleeping in the room which is unforgettable!!! , I talk with the manger and he extremely apologized , also the Fragrant smell very annoying .

Nothing, was an old and not maintained property.

The reception staff was not accomodating and have very less staff to help with luggage.

The First lady we met at the reception, Dilini, house keeping lady Subashni and some security gentlemen were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice, location awesome,, near Souq Waqif and Mushrib downtown

Nothing really

The location is excellent. It is near to metro, sea and Souq.

The furniture is old need refurbishment. Need more lights.

Bad customer service and phone answering, they don't answer the phone, and even if they do, they don't take care of it. I asked for a technician for a TV that didn't work, no one came, I called the next day and they didn't answer the phone at all. There is neglect, a wall in the puppies' room is peeling from mold, the ceramic wall in the bathroom is full of black spots of mold.

The room is good. The bathroom need improvement. The tub is very high and when y when you have pain in your legs and feet is hard to lift your legs up so high, especially seniorThe food is great the breakfast variety value for your money

Overall good; only the underground parking has some issues. It's an old property, however, that is maintained well.

At the moment, some construction was going on, but that was not a problem, not disturbance.

Just the location

Too old, the picture of the new room doesn’t match the reality. The smell even in the corridor was bad. It took them one full day just to give the key for the mini fridge to put my medicine.

Reception not answering may calls , the check in process was slow Mor than 30 min , no internet in the tv , I call reception more than 1 h they didn’t answer , I call room service they pass my request to reception , the house keeper was very good , I put do not disturb , they disturb me at 11:30 in my room they said you need to co now I said I right request in booking that I want 2 pm co , it was very difficult to communicate with them .
