My room had a small window, which was between two walls, if you are claustrophobic, it’s really unpleasant.The bathroom didn’t have any amenities. Nosleepers in the room either.

Proximity to the airport. The staff were friendly.

Facilities are quite old. The bathroom does not look good. The pressure from the shower head was also quite low. You do not enjoy the shower. The toilet bowl is disgusting. They need to either really clean it or bleach it.

Our booking appeared to be switched to different Ramada without notification which was very disappointing. The credit did not cover the cost of the switch - either in money, comfortable or location.

The lobby and staff of the hotel were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, bathroom was newly renovated.

Hotel is located in a more deserted area, behind a gas station and plenty of construction around it - I was not comfortable walking from the hotel to the Souk al Waif. The room had remnants of smoke (despite asking for a non-smoking room) and the air conditioning was loud and disruptive. The carpet and furniture needs to be updated - no view from windows so felt a bit claustrophobic. Did not use facilities/amenities.

I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly, and everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay

No basement parking.

Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. The room was clean, breakfast was ok. Location wise, it is quite close to the old town, so it has a central location.

The room was quite small, some basic necessities (like head towel) were missing, the closet was half broken. Availability of plugs in the room was very limited. The staff was friendly, and they tried to do their best, but the pace and quality of the service were somehow mediocre.

Great location, walking distance to the souk. Really helpful staff and excellent restaurant.

The staff was very welcoming and professional.

The hand wash soap bottle was empty. We didn’t have any new tissue rolls — only the leftover ones. The tissue box in the room was also half empty and already used.

It’s old hotel Sound proof is very badI can hear the next rooms I booked the non smoking room in non smoking floor but it was like some one smoke very close so maybe Also AC when open very smoke smell Not good ,TV but in weird place Windows in most room small and no sun inside

Team is helpful...Parking in a designated area opposite to Hotel Gate but not covered. Fast Service. You should ask for basic supplies like: Bathrobe, slipper and prayer mate since it was not available at the room - but when we asked for it, they secured it. The Reception Team is professional, Mr. Anthony in particular was very helpful and understanding. No time to try the breakfast in M level, neither nor to visit the swimming pool at the top level (11). Security men are helpful ... gently open the door and helping for luggage and parking...nice but short stay... The hotel granted free late check-out till 2 pm upon our request...Generally, good value for money... we amended the booking and the hotel accepted - thank you.

Room size is small...no basic supplies at bathroom like: toothbrush or toothpaste or lotion .... at the level of 4 stars these items should be provided. TV Channels should have more Arabic Channels...No discount for Breakfast Buffet as in-house guest when you like to try....

The staff of the property was very approachable,welcoming they always have positive vibes and smiling. The property also very clean, and we feel comfortable.
