The Plaza Doha, LXR Hotels & Resorts

The hotel has the beautiful architecture and interior (it's giving haunted mansion).

We had a one hour delay during the check in (mind you we arrived after 5PM), the employee has informed us that we will be compensated and will receive late check out, and of course we didn't when we called a day before our check out to confirm. Service was below mediocre and I expected more to be honest. I wouldn't recommend anyone stays there.One of the lamps was broken. The coffee table book was marked with scribbles, and the sink faucet was faulty. Overall, the room did not seem well maintained, and the interior layout was not comfortable (coffee station/closet). There are better options to stay in Doha.

The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel design was excellent.

1- The breakfast menu needs more variety and enhancement.2- More drivers are needed to shorten the waiting time for receiving the car.

Only thing was positive is Ihsan other is bad staff and bad housekeeping

The electricity suddenly went off no light no AC, took one hour to fix the problem. At the same time it was my brother engagement in the hotel hall. No one even transfer her to another room or even offering to upgrade her room. So sad about that

The hotel is just amazing the location is good for people who’s coming to stay for work. The service was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The the room is a bit small but still amazing ?

i think the hotel deserves a sea view with an infinity pool. So what i didn’tike is the location of the hotel it’s a pity to have such an amazing hotel with this location . Thank you

Breakfast should be improved. Was too little Stuff serving breakfast are a bit gloomy and not really motivated or happy. The mood that they serve should be definitely improved) I ordered poached eggs but instead they brought me soft boiled eggs.

Everything about my stay was amazing! The staff, the facilities, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.However, I would suggest improvements to the half-board menu. While the quality of the food was good, I felt that the half-board dinner did not quite justify the price. It wasn’t as satisfying as expected, and I believe there’s room for improvement in the variety and quality of the meals offered.That said, I would definitely return soon, but I would skip the half-board option next time.Thank you for the wonderful experience overall!

I recently stayed at LTX Hotel and was disappointed with the service. The staff lacked professionalism and seemed indifferent to our needs. When we faced issues with our room, the response was slow and unhelpful. Overall, I didn't enjoy my time there due to the poor treatment we received. I hope they improve their customer service for future guests.
