Good Staff service,Room good,Outdoor Pool,Indoor Pool,Jacuzz, Beach are well furnished and organised.

Pools for kids (06 Years) not utilized if Safety kit not provided. Children are also not allowed for Jacuzz which lead to separation from parents.However technically correct as it chlorine and warm water.

Luxury and clean

AC in the room. All rooms are sat to 21.5 C all day everyday during summer. Got cold the first night was transfered to another that had a warmer AC. Guess what, same temperature came back after couple of hours.

The service, the amenities.

The room cannot get cooler even though the thermostat is at it's lowest.

Amazing facilities, good private beach on the hotel territory. Hotel restaurants are overpriced but it's expected, I guess. Overall, great location to explore the city and enjoy the private beach.

Breakfast - while food was good, the service was poor - they were not handling the amount of guests: very crowded, waiting times to get cooked breakfast and coffee. Far from a service that's expected from a 5 star hotel.

The beach is fantastic, pools and gardens were neat and tidy, breakfast looked amazing although I didn't eat there. Huge shopping centre straight across the road, very handy.

Monkey tail bar which is also on the beach in front of the hotel should be free for the guests with music and lounges, great atmosphere but drinks are seriously overpriced. 100 QAT to get in and redeemable on purchases but your lucky to buy a beer for that.

The location. The staff and the buffet breakfast. Staff was very pleasant and always there to help.

It's a very old property. We stayed in a villa, even though everything was clean but the furniture and fixtures are very old. To get to the main building to use gym etc you have to call a buggy or walk down in searing heat for 10 mins which was not feasible. The main building was very dimly lit which was not something for my taste.

Location and some of the facilities such as the indoor pool and the gymalso restautants selection is pretty goodboth dinner and breakfast were very good

downgrading from the booked (and paid!) roomi booked a terrace room, coming with large terrace and beach/sea view and garden and beach direct accessI was relocated to a higher level floor with wien on the city and no direct access to anythig...

The spaaaaaa area was so good and the view. Tha staff were very nice Stam i believe was his name was very sweet

The beach club closes very early at 11:30. The room is as a bit hot and the a/c controller was weird.

The breakfast service was satisfactory.The staff demonstrated excellent hospitality.The rooms were spacious, and the location was desirable. Complimentary valet parking was provided for hotel guests. The breakfast buffet was well-received. The pools and beach were exceptional.

Slow service and unfriendly staff at the breakfast especially the resturant manager.

We absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were lovely and went above and beyond. the hotel was stunning and just oozed class and sophistication. There were so many pools to choose from. The Complimentary spa and sauna was also perfect i honestly couldn't fault this place. the breakfast was great!

This is so minor but i think the Kids room could have more playing options maybe a small trampoline or ball pit could be added, at the moment its a puzzles etc and a small slide climbing frame. The playground was great but its on sand which meant my fussy children didnt want to always play there - would be great if it was on the grassy area.

Greetings, My name is Reem Al-Sulaiti. I had made a reservation well in advance for the date of April 18th, in celebration of a family wedding. The booking was made several months ago at a rate of **998 SAR**.Upon arrival at the reception, I was informed that the current room rate was **1,700 SAR**, and that I was "lucky" to have the lower pre-booking rate. However, I later discovered that the actual rate for that day was only **652 SAR**, as shown in the attached documentation. This is a significant discrepancy, with a difference of **346 SAR** compared to my paid amount — not **700 SAR** as I was told.Additionally, I was asked to pay a **500 SAR security deposit**, which I was not informed about during the booking process. Based on my understanding, security deposits typically apply to hotel apartments or villas, not standard hotel rooms.I had also requested a wedding guest discount, as we had booked the wedding hall at your hotel for the same day. Unfortunately, I was told that I was already fortunate to have booked in advance and no further consideration was given.I kindly request that you review this situation and take the appropriate steps to refund the price difference and address the inconvenience caused.Thank you for your attention and I look forward to your prompt response.Let me know if you'd like to include any attachments or change the tone.

The greenery and gardens were very nice. The breakfast was good. Villas were very spacious. Good water pressure in the showers. Transport to the villas was always reliable. Room cleaning was good. Locations was excellent, right between the Lusail, West Bay, and The Pearl.

Check in took too long. The person checking me in, Hashib, tried to upsell me on everythig. Worse than that Hashib tried to rip me off at check in. We booked an upper floor villa. But the hotel reserved a lower floor for us. When Hasheed realized we had booked an upper floor he tried to charge us more for the lower floor despite the room already being reserved for us. So essentially the he was trying to rip us off as soon as we walked in...the poolside service at the hotel is lacking. Half the time there is no one at the pool to take an order and then there is, a drink can take 20 minutes...the beach isnt very nice, surrounded by building which is ok but u relaise when u get into the water the sand feels like.sludge, and when u pick it up, it's gray. Pool is nice but is too deep for kids to stand.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Doha! The staff made our experience especially memorable—our heartfelt thanks to the Grand Club team for their kindness, attentiveness, and the warm way they treated our son.The beach was a highlight: conveniently located just steps from the hotel, with no need for a buggy or long walks. Thoughtful touches like fresh lemon or cucumber water, soft towels on the sunbeds, and refreshing cold towels added a touch of luxury. Plus, the view of the Pearl Island towers made for a picturesque and relaxing atmosphere, free from any construction distractions.Upgrading to a Club room with buffet breakfast and full access to the Grand Club turned out to be an excellent choice—it was great value for money. We particularly enjoyed the evening canapé offerings from 6 to 8 PM, which included a small buffet with main courses, salads, fresh fruit, and a delightful selection of desserts. It served perfectly as dinner for us!

The lockers in the spa area could use some attention, as they occasionally became unresponsive while storing our belongings. It would be great to see this improved for an even more seamless experience

The room was lovely in every way, we particularly liked the bathroom. All needs catered for. The breakfast was also excellent apart from the coffee.

The room was not serviced by 4.30 when we returned after being out all day. We were disappointed, and had expected to relax but had to go out again. The coffee served at breakfast was disappointing and did not taste fresh.
