I definitely do not recommend it.

Unfortunately, there were bed bugs in the room and they bit my wife. She had red marks and bites all over her body. So our vacation was ruined.

I truly enjoyed my stay. Special thanks to Madam Kristina the Guest Relations Manager, for her warm hospitality and constant smile with all the guests. She is very supportive, multitasking, and communicating professionally in English, Arabic, and Russian and resolving issues I noticed the hotel was fully occupied, which clearly reflects that all the staff are providing excellent service and genuine hospitality. I believe negative comments should not always be taken seriously, as some guests may only be seeking complimentary benefits.My sincere thanks as well to Oussama from Tunisia. He is smart, professional, and made me loyal to this hotel.

Gym was good! Also I liked rooftop pool area.

This hotel was a real disappointment! My room window faced directly onto a filthy construction site, and every morning I was woken up by the noise coming from there, such as hammering and the beeping of heavy machinery reversing.I complained about this on three separate occasions, and the staff’s attitude was arrogant and rude. I was promised a room upgrade after two days, but it never happened. Instead, my vacation was ruined by waking up to this noise every single morning.I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone! It is a complete scam.

Very good location close to a metro station as well (10 minutes short walk). Basement parking was great and spacious. Clean apartment and friendly staff.

The hot water in the shower was taking some time to reach the desired temperature.

The ambiance of the hotel had me captivated from the minute I saw it. While the room was stunning it was the staff that truly set this hotel apart. A special shout out to Mr Radhesh who helped me throughout my stay, from restaurant recommendations to making me feel comfortable. It is truly rare to find a hotel that is professional yet so welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone who values great service.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making us feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel itself is elegant, modern, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail was impressive, and the city views added a special touch.

Special thanks to Kristina, the young Moroccan lady at reception, and the wonderful room service team for their constant warmth and attentiveness.A heartfelt thank-you to Adil and Bimala from housekeeping, who helped me in a difficult situation on November 10, ensuring the room is tidied with such kindness and efficiency — they truly made my day.I enjoy the overall experience so much that Bentley Suites has become my hotel of choice for both work and personal trips to Doha. Always a pleasure to return!

Well honestly the staff and the room service was top tier,and were really helpful during our stay. The location of the property was nice and close to alot of accommodations.

To begin with the air conditioner was terrible,we weren’t able to turn it off or set it at a higher temperature;The room was very cold and there weren’t any extra blankets available. Another thing that i really downplayed my experience during my stay, is how under facilitated the place is; the kitchen lacked alot of equipment. There was only one cooking pan and one wine. cup instead of the usual two, also the coffee machine wasn’t working. And id expect when i book a suite at least i would find the basic kitchen equipment. I was genuinely so disappointed with this issue in particular. Over all I enjoyed my staying at the hotel but these issues made my stay unpleasant and uncomfortable.

I had an excellent stay at Bentley Suites! The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and very well equipped — everything you need for a truly comfortable experience. The interior is elegant and pleasant, with high-quality furniture that makes you feel right at home.The service was outstanding — the reception staff were extremely kind, professional, and attentive. A special thank-you to Kristina, the Ukrainian lady, and the young Moroccan lady at Front desk — both were incredibly warm and helpful throughout my stay.Housekeeping was also excellent, especially Mr Forhad & his team, keeping the rooms spotless every day. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for comfort, style, and exceptional hospitality.

1-Location is great and close to most of city attractions 2-Rooms are clean and comfortable

1- Breakfast Buffet was a miss , food quality is not as it should be for a 5 stars hotel, some vegetables were not fresh ! . , the hall itself is very small and always crowded. The service in the hall was very slow. 2- the ventilation in the restaurant, room was not working, cooking smells are always all over the place , especially the elevators !!

AC is too cold in winter. They could not fix it. It was set at 21 c

Everything was amazing and beautiful. Good location and most importantly the staff are friendly snd helpful. The food is delicious and suits everyone. The rooms are clean and neat.Definitely will come again ? and I recommend it to everyone.
