Rooms are spacious and hotel is located in the heart of Doha. Also the staff were amazingly helpful

There is no breakfast buffet

The best thing is the staff, they are very supportive and kind. The location was good, a lot of parkings around. It has a grocery store attached to the hotel. The hotel is quite clean and good for staying.

It's quite old furnishings and not so modern which is also expected.

Staying at this service apartment was a truly delightful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, from quick check-in to helpful local recommendations. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and convenient home away from home.

While the apartment boasted a dishwasher, it was rendered virtually useless without the necessary tablets, forcing me to hand-wash all dishes. This was a considerable inconvenience and negated one of the key benefits of having a dishwasher in the first place.

Cooking smell from the A/C on my room.Facilities not refected a 5 star hotel.During my stay, the fire alarm started at midnight on Wednesday, 2 April, at 1:30 a.m., causing panic, and we ran to reception as telephone busy all the time. Gratefully, by one, did not follow the protocol of fire and alarm activated. However, the hotel staff was not available to manage the situation at that time.

Though the place is considered spacious because I booked 3BHK, fair enough to the price we paid for this booking. Only that, nothing more.

First of all, ALL THE STAFF IN THE RECEPTIONS ESPECIALLY (ANDREA for today's morning shift and guy whose on duty last night, doesn't manage to remember his name) are very rude, not accommodating, not helpful and useless with the job that they assigned to do. I believe they need to be pleasant all the time and treat us a customer but NO, I am surprised with the bad behavior of this ANDREA whose also kabayan, they make us feel that she doesnt like to help, the lady in the reception when we checked in said yesterday that we can extend our stay depends on the availability which is totally understandable but this ANDREA, you just opened your mouth, not even trying to fake it in checking first before giving your response, you are rude, the guy on duty last night is rude and not reliable, and both of them said there piece of response in a very unacceptable way, so disappointing, very very disappointing. The guy whose on duty last night immediately said that they cant provide extra comforter, not even checking, I have to go down because the phone, yes, all phones are always busy, when you have to request for something, we are oblige to go down. I remember when I called them before booking this hotel, since there is sofa bed confirmed that they can give us extra comforter and now, I hate people when they blatantly response making you feel sorry like "sorry you dont have a choice, I can decide if I like it or not" this is how I felt the way they communicate, is it normal, the practice, this way? is it because we are Filipino, not a residence of the hotel and we are not staying longer thats why they have to treat us that way? Incomplete amenities, not enough number of towel, no toothbrush, other stuff for taking a bath is not complete, very unlikely and we can really compare it from the previous hotels that we checked in.

The property, is one of the best hotels that i have been into. The location is amazing. Friendly staff who can’t be described in some words, they are cheerful, welcoming and smiling and willing to help once they see you passing by. Really thank you so much.

Smooth check in process. Close to City Center Mall and beach and everything in between. The apartment was spacious and views were great!

Polite and professional staff with a smile face all the time , either I am out or in and I would like to pass my special thanx for Mr.Thomas for Quick Check inn Reception Desk and Abdullah From Kenya he was always cooperate with me and guide me how to find Shopping and entertainment Places around Doha ,Many thanx again.

Tea and Coffee Item always not available in the room you have to call housekeeping in a daily basis to bring it for you.

The security guard and receptionist greet us quickly and easily as soon as you walk through their front entrance. The flats' primary qualities are their cleanliness and space (I reserved two different kinds); the location is also excellent, being close to the city center mall and the sea. It was quite simple to get to the pool and the gym. The reception lounge offers complimentary Arabian coffee and dates to everyone.

Located right in the center of West Bay, close to a shopping mall and restaurants. Spacious and comfortable apartment, serviced daily.

A bit pricey. Lack of amenities such as hair and clothes dryer, given that a washing machine is provided. However the same were immediately provided upon request. Staff tends to be “over serviceable”. I would suggest to be careful not to invade guests’ privacy. For example, upon arrival a staff opened my car trunk to retrieve my baggage without obtaining my permission first. Seems a bit invasive. Parking is not great since it is outdoors and a place is not guaranteed. We arrived at night and it was full, so we had to be accommodated somewhere else.

Reception staff and professional dealing was less the adequate to the concerns and highlight
