Everything things is v.good except what i didn't like
The parking space is very small, the TV screens have no apps or phone share, and you can hear the voice between connected rooms.
Honestly the furniture looks so old even the walls are not cleaned , I ask for room service and had to wait for an hour , the only one who made my experience good is NURUL the house keeping employee . Other than that only the sea view was the good thing

It was some renovation and some drilling noice from time to time created some disturbance.But staff was very polite and appologize for that.
The hotel was very well located with a private beach nearby. The hotel provides towels.The breakfast options were substantial and very tasty.There were daily drinking water bottles provided which came in very handy.Overall a very nice and accommodating hotel.

Delay in response and providing some special needs
The location was great — close to the WBB beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it an ideal hotel for a relaxing stay, without being too crowded or busy. The ideal stay for people who want to spend time on the beach.
There isn’t much to do within walking distance, and the Wi-Fi connection could be better.
Room service is very good Mr. Abu soyead was the room service employee ,he is very clean and provided a good job to my room .All staff are very kind ,andThe restaurant offers a very delicious breakfast , lunch and dinner .Not expensive.The hotel has a beautiful sea view .

I recently stayed at Hotel Retaj in Doha and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, offering a great variet
The service was good from the check- in to check it it was smooth. receptionist are very welcoming and accomodating, awesome service.. and the free entrance at the WBBeach is the best.. you'll enjoy beach and pool. My kids really had fun during the stay.
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Marwan at the reception and Saeed from the hotel staff for their exceptional professionalism, warm hospitality, and ever-present smiles. Their courteous demeanor and genuine dedication to guest comfort greatly enhanced my stay and left a lasting positive impression.
However, I found that the room lacked some basic bathroom amenities such as a bathrobe and slippers, as well as bar soap, with only liquid soap provided, which was not very effective. The bathtub in the shower area was narrow and not practical. Additionally, the swimming pool was very small and did not meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel. The restaurant was simple and limited, offering only a very basic buffet with little variety for lunch.
The room was spacious, offering a sea view and beach access And has a good location. The reception staff were accommodating and polite, except for the ladies staff. Ali, the housekeeping staff, also was very polite and always kept the room clean.
The ladies staff at the reception desk are not very accommodating; in fact, they hardly smile.
