the rooms were spacious , and clean

The gym and the swimming pool area was not up t the standard of a five star hotel !

The hotel was clean and comfort and housekeeping was friendly and love the way all the room was smart even with light and curtains and breakfast offer so many choices and was delicious with brilliant view also the good parking service taking the car when you return and next day just give them the ticket and they make it ready for you

The service was bad i keep asking for laundry or anything and they keep let me wait for hours and keep forgetting Also for check-in i stayed 3 hours to get the roomAnd every time at breakfast time i dont know they keep checking and calling reception feels me like i do something wrong And when i return hotel at night they checking on me and checking again at elevator like whats wrong with me? I was holding one small bag have only keys and powerbank

really liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the professionalism of the staff, and the overall comfort of the room. The location was perfect and the facilities were well-maintained.

There wasn’t anything major. Only a few small details could be improved, but overall the stay was excellent.

Change the old location of the main dinning To the 19th floor, Paid for 2 rooms by mistake , I used one only it was too late to claim to booking

Response time from some of the staff and communication needs to be improved. The bed pillows were very soft which might not be comfortable for some individuals. To be fair I didn't ask if they have other options.

I Love the welcoming staff from the entrance to the reception ( forgot their name) 2 filo, and 1 male indian. As always, we loved the bed, the cleanliness, the room and the pool.

The 2 unprofessional female staff on the spa/pool entrance and the attitude of the 2 lifeguard..

Very nice hotel room, and great team. Shoutout to Carla at reception for her efforts to ensure that she gave me a room which matched my all requirements.

The security? When checking our luggage they talled us to take out the incense burner (mabkhara) while we needed it

The comfort and kind staff. The hotel in perfect location near to most attractive places.

The facilities not available,, swimming pool and kids club. Also they didn’t prepare for us the type we need in each room that’s why they transfer one of the room to another floor and smaller then the others two room however i paid in advanced all room.

The pool is not available. Although they gave option to give us transport to go other pool. It was not convenient at all.

The glass window was not cleaned long time ago from outside and it makes the view not visible.

I called the room services many time from my room they will answer to you but they will not do what you are asking them to do. They took my own towel by mistake from them two days I was asking them for my own towel even the manager don’t help. Last time I will go there.
