BathroomLightingKitchen- odor from food cooking in the next room was strongly felt in my room.

I like the room very comfortable for family

There was a receptionist on duty who initially agreed to send extra water upon our request. However, when we called again, the receptionist requested payment for the extra water. This was not polite and did not reflect proper hospitality standards toward a guest.

I like the room and facilities. But swimming timings should be reconsider specifically summer. Mostly guests would like night swimming. Also, should have smoking area inside the building.

I liked that room had everything from fridge to washing machine and TVs and all that. Also everything was clean and tidy. Good value for money in any case.

Shower curtains are way too high up from the floor and whole bathroom gets wet unnecessarily while showering which is easily preventable by installing longer shower curtains so they reach the floor. Also mattresses were quite hard but that one could be considered a personal preference I guess.

I stayed one night over that property They have mentioned valet parking is available but when i handed over my car keys to the night guard and i requested to park but he left my car all night on main road and next day it was full of dust and dirt

The location was very accessible to bakala, laundry shops etc.

I must say the drainage smell was all over the place when we get inside the room.

Very disappointing stay, especially considering the high rate we paid. The room had a bad smell and was not clean. Definitely not worth the price

i booked through booking.com app, but the reception push me to cancel after i arrived to checkin with my partner, maybe he want to sell the room to his friend or someone else for higher price. i went hotel with a confirmation. i went back to go another hotel without booking. bad experience. ill never select this hotel through booking apps.

Was clean and silent. Room was big enough for a family.

The lights in bedroom were not closing. I went directly to sleep but I could not first one hour since waited maintenance to fix it. It should have been controlled before. And secondly I needed a charger for my phone. The reception told that they did not have. But in the morning I asked again since the battery was dead. the receptionist at that time was calmer and helpful. Opened the drawer and gave me many options.

The hotel is family oriented with traditional style rooms and ambiance. Overall, it is clean and with complete facilities. There is also a restaurant inside the hotel. The pool is clean and small pool for children is available. There is also a gym and sauna. The amenities are also good and complete. The staff is also friendly.

Although the overall design is timeless, which is to be kept; some things do require updates like bathrooms. The tiles are old and worn. Soap trays need to be installed and updated, and some replacement furniture for the worn ones.

The room is spacious, clean and has a nice atmosphere. The food is delicious and it is a great choice.
