Nothing i like

1- The bathroom smells disgusting2- 1- The hallways smell of cooking onions and garlic .3- The entire mattress is not clean.

The fridge are dirty and out dated, inform Management to have a budget in changing fridge for the room its really important especially for those staying for more than a day.Swimming Pool are are too dirty to swim

Location is excellent.

The furniture is old. The mattress is uneven (old, and some springs are broken). Rooms have a very bad smell. The bathroom floor, utilities, door, and walls are rusty and not maintained.

The ac was not working good and the refrigerator and oven was not properly working. The rest are good ?

The staff are nice, the room is spacious for one person,pool is big

Always no towel no sleepers no hanger.. And the room that they give me in my last visit the sofa is so dirty with blood stain.. Even the pillow case.. Also the telephone is not working I need to use my mobile to call the receptionist. So dirty

i like that its accessible to metro and other place staff are good, seemless check in and check out

The location is very accessible to public transportation.The place is safe and not crowded.They have store inside the hotel and also have nearest grocery which is lulu.The wifi is good.

The appliences need some maintenance and also the sofa has a hole but overall my stay there is good.I feel like im at home.

Hotel located close to Metro but nothing else. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Room was clean and reasonably comfortable but inaccurately described as deluxe. Air conditioning was noisy and you could not sleep with it on. No sound proofing such that you could hear the voices and movement of other hotel guests on the floors above. It was not value for money.

All the services are amazing, from reception till the cleaning.

A little bit old facilities. But anything not working team was fixing immediately.

Nothing to like the most dirty hotel in Qatar I don't know how the authority they did not close such a hotel it's like you live inside the dirt, not a hotel, bed smell bed bugs, dirty, TV not working wifi not working phone in the room not working no one to help with tv, it was horrible. spending money on this hotel it was the worst thing happened in my whole life, this not 3 stars even 1 I will not offer it. I will request who will book here I have lived in qatar for a long time there is much better with the same rate do not throw your money in place where you will really regret it, no refund no compensation no apology, was mistake of my life to stay here,

Every single thing in this hotel is the worst, if you never regret staying in a hotel try to stay in this hotel and it will be the worst night in your life, I'm asking booking.com do not remove my feedback and the pictures . Nothing against the policy.

It was clean and the staff were friendly.

The location was a bit confusing for drivers and delivery.

Large room. Good location next to a metro station. Staff was helpful.

Pretty run down and shabby. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Management could try for a higher standard. She was a much nicer place in the old days.

My booking was including complimentary breakfast & the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast… kind of location the furniture infra is average

The staff are all nice specially the receptionists they are always smiling and helpful
