The cleaners were nice and they usually come to room immediately if you need room service.

We didn’t like the breakfast . There were no variety of options in there plus the service and cleanliness in the breakfast hall was so disappointing.

That around it there was several good cafes (location coffee and kitty cafe), 2 supermarkets and that it was close to place vendom.

Every night we stayed there you would hear loud music, the hotel room wasn’t clean the carpets looked old and filthy. We parked our car in the hotel basement and not once was there a security at the desk. The reception was not very welcoming when we arrived.

Didn’t cared Gym , swimming pool;1-Gym: no water supply in Gym, no signs for gym, some equipment is out of use, no Tissue wipes to clean equipments, the location of gym changed not as in advertisement. 2- Swimming pool need floor maintenance and maintenance beds , no towels.

no valet, i had to park my car myself.very loud at night, thin walls.stains on the floor and bathroom that wouldn’t go.called room service for a bandage, they didn’t have.room smelled very bad.

The staff unprofessional Bad behavior

The staff at the front desk were great. The rooms are a bit outdated but still comfortable.

Location, comfortable bed, very large room, around the hotel there are caffe shops, grocery, pharmacy

Small hotel, small pool, doesn't give vibes of 5 star hotels specialy not in Doha.

There were insects and flys and rooms are not clean ,inaddition overall the hotel needs facility management as in the last day the electricity switched off from all the building for more than 2 hours and we left earlier because of all the above reasons

The staff was welcoming especially the Pakistani girl at the reception. The breakfast was very good too. The price was very accessible.

Distance was far from metro.

Specious room view nice recommend it only for night values for money

While check in time i have to wait like 20 minutes coffee machine stuck when i call to front office to assist me with the tv the engineering guy came and saying we cant change the language only Arabic language available then i just smile after that once he done checking everything he said no you tube and he is not confident staff needs to improve

Cleaning is not good, door lock from inside was not working. We were told to have buffet Sahoor and there was nothing. We had to go to another place for our Sahoor. We pay for Sahoor cost but it was not provided. Looks management does not inform about decisions to the staff. Central chandelier and top roof glass also dirty looks not cleaned from days.

Good breakfast, thanks to Arshad and Khawla, attended to our every need and made our stay a pleasant one.

Not a 5 stars hotel. Furniture, view. Also edges of toilet marble is not clean. Shower flushes water outside the sjowe room. Really cannot consider this hotel as 5 stars.
