The cleanliness, modernity and staff. Breakfast was amazing! Valet was good and the staff did his best to get us an entry to swimming pools that suited our requirement

The pool is very small.

The location was clean. The stuff was fantastic.

No big space in the front of the hotel the gym is too small and doesn’t have all the necessary equipment

The hotel in west bay has a great location. The appointment room we booked are excellent for families with small kids. The staffs from reception, lobby, restaurant and house keeping are extremely professional and friendly!

The some facilities such as air conditioners need some updates or maintenance. But, in general, we are very satisfied with the hotel.

Staff was excellent specially Miss Shiella. Location is excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious and there were a lot of complimentary things in the room. Breakfast was also very good.

The customer should be aware about the dress code going to bar before booking , most GCC people if not all of them dressing their own traditional thoob when visiting GCC and are not allowed to go in the bar lounge unless they are wearing western fit . It is frustrating and making the stay unpleasant .

Bathrooms are a bit old. The mattress was not comfortable at all, I think they should consider changing it.

I stayed at Le Méridien City Center Doha for six days on a business trip, and it was a wonderful experience overall.The service was excellent, the food was absolutely delicious, and the hotel is elegant, clean, and very quiet. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful — they truly made my stay comfortable and pleasant.Just a note about the location: there is no direct access to City Center Mall from the hotel. You need to exit through the main entrance and enter the mall from the second floor of the opposite building, which is quite easy to reach.

My only comment is about the lounge — unfortunately, it doesn’t offer snacks or light food, and most of the sandwiches are not halal. There’s also very limited variety and the lounge feels rather empty and lifeless.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Reception and check-in flawless , short wait for our room, i got stuck in an elevator (my mistake) and they quickly handled the situation. Breakfast buffet was very good, many choices ant their espresso is rocket-fuel (as it should be!). We took the half-board option, and the evening meals were excellent (tenderloin, calamari)Zofar from Uzbekistan ( checkin) helped us so much. The bell staff, the ladies in the restaurant, all top in their fieldWell done all.

Music on the PA system, and they have alcohol, but we never saw any during our stay.

The hotel staff was very cooperative and respectful. I appreciated how they handled the feedback given to them to ensure my satisfaction and comfort. The receptionist was very polite and professional. In short, I loved the experience and would definitely like to repeat it.

Second rest room their was no hand wash like the master room toilet . Some time house keeping need second call to response i thing because of the holiday and pressure

1.Excellent location – Close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area.2.Clean and well-maintained rooms – The room was tidy, comfortable, and well-equipped.3.Peaceful atmosphere – The hotel provided a quiet and relaxing environment throughout my stay.

1.Lack of response from customer service – My requests, particularly for a payment receipt, were not acknowledged in a timely manner.2.Billing issue at check-in – I was charged the full amount again upon arrival, despite already paying through Booking.com.3.Poor follow-up communication – There was no clear channel for resolving the issue, and my concerns remained unaddressed.

Worth the stay. Rooms and furniture are great, Staff are professional and customer service is great!

Great location in the middle of West Bay. Walking distance to most bars and restaurants. Connected to a major shopping mall. Great staff, most helpful.

Pools were small and uninspiring.

The hospitality is unmatched most especially the receptionist who handled our checking in is very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is also enjoyable with variety of food and drinks you can choose. The location is conveniently situated nearby City Center mall were you can easily access through hotel exit floor.

Our room space isn’t that big compared to other hotel that we have checked in before but the view is exquisite.

Room size is quiet good, well equipped and maintained.There is two pool - indoor one is quite good, with nice views around the cityOuter pool little bit small - but Jakuzzi is compensating size.Breakfast - food variety and quality is normal and tasty.Staff is supportive.The hotel is budget version of Marriott, and is great value for money spend.

- WIFI was not working, had to use my Data Mobile, not sure if there is paid option- Confusing elevators, not all goes to the guest rooms.

Hotel location is great, with the mall in walking distance. Outstanding customer service, the team do enough for us. Club room was definitely worth it. Would recommend, already planning on going back.
