Location,view and cleanliness of the property.The staff was particularly helpful.They were always courteous and nice.

Wish the hot water worked properly.It was non standard.One day it was hot and was there for a long time.The next day there was hardly any.There was a long wait for elevators most of the time.The TV,lock box all needed to be fixed the next day.

You have to wait for breakfast but it’s not for long so it was fine.

Everything was perfect starting from the facilities till the staff, and the two rooms that I had been booked was really suitable for a family visit (kids).

The only good thing in this hotel is the location, which is close to City Center Mall.

1. The breakfast is of a very poor quality, repeated every day, and many items are missing.2. The hotel staff does not have control over the guests entering the breakfast restaurant. So, whoever enters the restaurant can sit anywhere, even on an occupied table. I was told to wait till a table becomes available, then I was called to a reserved table for my family. When enterred the restaurant, someone else was sitting at my table, and the staff could not ask her to move. Just requested me to wait again for another table to become available.3. The apartment that I have was not made up or cleaned. When requested, I was informed that they will not make up the room unless you request it. The next day, I requested, and also, the room was not cleaned, and I had to call the reception at 11.00 pm to send someone just to change the towels.4. Of course, there is no valet service, and there is a self-parking basement. At checkout, I was parking my car in the parking basement. Upon checkout, I could not go to the basement to take my car or go to my room to fetch my luggage since the lift was controlled by the room key that was deactivated due to checking out. Despite the reception provided me by a staff member who offered to support me, he sent me to the room and left, and again, I had to go down again requesting help to go to the basement.

The hotel has a great location, which made moving around very easy. The room was clean and well maintained, and at times the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

What I did not like is that the floor I stayed on had constant dog noise. I could hear dogs barking several times every day. I strongly suggest assigning a separate floor or area for guests with dogs.Additionally, my room was not cleaned twice despite confirming the request with reception. I had to wait until the evening, call again, and only then did housekeeping come. This was inconvenient and disappointing.Another issue was food delivery. I ordered food through a delivery app, but the staff refused to allow the driver to go up or deliver the food to my room. They also refused to bring it up themselves, claiming this was due to a previous food poisoning incident involving another guest. I find this policy unreasonable, as it has nothing to do with me as a guest.What made the situation worse was the poor handling of my complaint. When I expressed my frustration, I found my food placed on the floor at the reception, which was unacceptable and disrespectful.

A very bad experience that does not meet even the minimum acceptable level of service. Extremely poor reception caused us to wait nearly 4 full hours without any valid explanation or sincere apology. When we finally received the room, there was a strong and unpleasant smell of cleaning chemicals that persisted throughout the entire stay, making it very uncomfortable. Unprofessional management and disappointing service. I will not repeat this experience and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location were the only thing acceptable

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, The dishes in the kitchen cabinet were dirty, and I informed the reception staff, but they didn't do anything. Sticky floors, water heaters doesn’t work properly. Reception will never answer the phone at night.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, my experience was far below that standard, and I honestly feel misled.The hotel apartment was very dirty, dusty, and poorly maintained. It did not feel clean at all. The hot water took more than one hour to come, which is completely unacceptable.The toilet flush was not working, and we had to call maintenance twice to fix the same issue. In addition, the shower water flooded outside the bathroom, causing inconvenience and discomfort.As for the breakfast, it was extremely basic with very limited options, and the quality was not good.Overall, this stay did not meet even basic hospitality standards, let alone a 5-star rating. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Bit expensive for family stay in one room

Everything great. I stayed four days. It was my first time to Doha with a family of 7 people. I was nervous but it met my expectations, great three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Kitchen that has microwave, washing machine and oven. Laundry machine is included. It is the first time but not the last. I definitely would come again.

Dental kit mostly by request, and bathroom kit only a couple. Front desk doesnt answer the phone.

The facility cleanliness and the quietness also the location with sea view. The receptionist was gentle.

The room is very spacious and clean.

The breakfast buffet is mostly egg-based dishes and with limited choices.

The overall stay was excellent.. the bed is very comfortable❤️ My kids love it

I Had my allergy attack, me and daughter had allergic rhinitis.. usually it happen when the AC is not clean or some dust accumulation maybe in the sofa or carpet.

I like everyrhing the room, breakfast, pool etc.
