The room was so cold

Location, cleanliness and staff kindnesses and supportive.

Parking may need to be easier for guests.

Ok for 1..2.. nights. Next to the beach but far from everything else. Many constructions next to it.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks over Christmas and New Year and were very satisfied.We had a sea-view room on the 28th floor. Everything met our expectations – the room truly had a direct sea view (not from an angle or blocked by other buildings), which was fantastic. The room was well equipped, and the comfortable bed, pillows, and bedding deserve special mention.We chose accommodation with beach access. The beach was about a 1 km walk away, which made it easy to plan our beach time comfortably.We would especially thank the restaurant team. The food was excellent. We chose a package with breakfast and dinner. Breakfasts were very tasty, and the dinners were truly at a fine-dining restaurant level. Every evening offered something new and interesting. The breakfast and dinner service team was also wonderful: friendly, helpful, and highly professional.

The rooms are clean. The staff is great and well trained. Location is very convenient, near to mall and metro station. I would recommend this hotel for staying.

the lifts are not too many from the rooms to the ground floor, had to wait a while, the bathroom sink and bathtub did not drain, could hear the other room noises, the room was a little small for 3 persons which was allowed to book

The hotel is situated in a prime location, and the staff provided exceptional support from the moment of arrival. All facilities were impeccably clean and well-appointed. We occupied a room offering a breathtaking sea view. Overall, it is a meticulously restored and highly commendable place

Nothing! The only comment, we requested an early check-in, which was not accommodated; however, we were granted a late check-out as an alternative.

Good location and reasonable price.

Room was not ready upon late check-in. For 5 star one can expect that room will be ready when you are checking in.There were no even teaspoons in the room. So the room equipment is minimalistic.

Staff were very friendly and super helpful and respectful. Property had very central location and an Irish Tavern on the 32nd floor to top it up

Breakfast was not at the level of a 5 star hotel and the carpets in the room should be deep cleaned

Great location , Staff were very flexible and very helpful.

The room was quite small, and unfortunately, the beds were not very comfortable.Additionally, the pillows and blankets had an unpleasant odor, which made it difficult for me to sleep.I hope the hotel considers improving these aspects to enhance the guest experience.

Location of the room, 20min walk from the metro station, with City Central Mall just around the corner. Seaview from the room.

Great location a minute from the beach and 10 minute walk from the City Doha Mall, 3 minutes from the mosque and 30 seconds away from the mini market. Staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming.. from the breakfast staff, security and desk staff.. all were amazing.Thank you Conceirge.Facilities were many from 24 hour gym to a swimming pool.

Spa facility could have been better, more accommodating.More kids pool floats would be helpful.Hot drinks from the Cafe on the ground floor are slightly overpriced.

It was good experience for a staycation in Doha, to move out of the house during the Eid holidays. The dinner and breakfast experiences were very nice.
