The staff were amazing! The room was clean and quiet as I requested.

The location was hard to drive to bec of construction.

Bed is too firm for me

A clean, comfortable hotel that is very conveniently located. All the staff we interacted with were pleasant, helpful and friendly, making the experience very enjoyable. Special shout-out to Ibin and Hazel at the front desk for their helpfulness. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness and the great service from walking on the door. The luggage was taken to our room on arrival and check out. The breakfast is amazing! You do have to pay for breakfast but well worth it. The place has pool room. They have a great coffee shop inside. The location is near shops, mall, and great local eats with in walking distance. We will be staying here again! Thanks for the great hospitality.

The place is a bit run down, the shower and the noise travels from room to room

Location was very good.

Rooms were very basic. Not very good standard of rooms, old furniture and the smell in the room was not very nice.

The rooms were great. They were clean, spacious, appropriate for an extended trip. We stayed 10 days. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was always great. I remember they even brought us a cake on our last day and wished us well and were otherwise quite helpful during our stay.

Hot water was not always available

This is my third time here and will come again. The best part is the reception staff. They are very helpful and courteous. I would name Hazel, Yasina and Persee (may be wrong spelling). Breakfast is good and the staff there are GREAT.

Room service is slow and they area also slow to take the trays after calling them.

My stay has been smooth and enjoyable so far. The staff were quick to respond when I noticed the fridge wasn’t working properly—it was repaired immediately, which I truly appreciated.Breakfast has been excellent, with a wide variety of options available. Every dish I selected was delicious and well-prepared, which added a great start to my mornings.Overall, I’m enjoying the hospitality and look forward to reserve it in my next trp

It may be helpful to provide basic personal items in the room, such as toothpaste, razor, and shaving cream. I personally bring my own, but this could be convenient for other guests.
