I would like to express my disappointment with the service provided by the front desk staff during our stay.Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not cooperative. Whenever we requested food service, it was very difficult to find a staff member to deliver the food to our room, and it took a long time each time.Additionally, during checkout, no one was answering the phone because the staff were changing shifts. I personally called the front desk while we were under pressure to catch our flight and asked for assistance with our luggage. The staff member informed me that I would have to wait 20–25 minutes. As a result, we had no choice but to carry the luggage ourselves and take it downstairs.This experience was stressful and not what we expect from a hotel of this standard. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve service quality in the future.

Literally everything was great, except the breakfast ... :(

The breakfast was very poor, not enough choice or anything, healthy options almost non existential, I was sent to the 31st floor which is a small club lounge, however there was a proper restaurant on the first floor which I wasn't allowed to ... they sent me back to the small club lounge with almost 0 choice :(

I ask for the nonsmoking room and they told me it’s not a nonsmoking room but it’s literally smell smoke. When u enter the room u can smell smoke and the the smell stick to the towels

I stayed at Pullman Doha, West Bay, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, and the room was spacious—easily large enough for three adults. The location is excellent, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean, and the room service was very fast and efficient.At check-in, however, I was informed that there would be an additional charge of 150 QAR per day for an extra bed, despite my reservation being for three adults and one baby (1 year old). After discussion, the fee was waived, but the explanation was that while the room size is suitable for three adults, it does not necessarily mean it accommodates three people for sleeping. This was not clearly communicated at the time of booking and caused some confusion.Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness, service, and location. I would recommend the hotel, but I believe the policy regarding extra beds for three adults should be made clearer during the booking process.

The location was great, the food amazing, and the staff particularly Jacob at the front desk, Mumtaz at the restaurant, and the valets, security guards were really nice! It seems the staff are trained to be extremely courteous and kind.

Housekeeping doesn’t replace the disposal items and i didn’t find the spare key that i left behind me in electrical slot in the room to keep the ac on and the room cold

Everything in the hotel was great, first we were giving room on lower floor and spouse to be smoking room but there was a sign (No Smoking) and it was located in front of the elevators area which is. A-bit noise .. Phoo in the reception offered us to upgrade the room and give us a special price which we agreed and it was good room…in addition there was a slight shortcoming in the housekeeping service when it came to replenishing bathroom essentials after they ran out. However, the staff were very kind and responsive to any request.We also faced an issue with the shower, as water would spill onto the bathroom floor after use. But we contacted room service, and the response was very quick — the problem was fixed within 10 minutes.

The pool area is very poorly managed, lacks vibe and serviceI was charged 50 QAR for Americano by the pool because the Pool menu was unavailable and they charged me room order rate

Liked the spacious room, bathroom, location of the hotel opposite gate mall which gives access to restaurants, shopping, and supermarket. The price was really reasonable considering the room’s facilities of the hotel

The lobby area is a bit busy, and checkin didn’t cover the number of guests checking in. The reception and concierge has to be organized to an easier access, balances, and covers the guests requirements.

A very nice place discovered. The location , warm welcoming and the high professionalism can describe the hotel. I’d like to thank the hotel representative Ms. Gentrix for her support as she guided us in picking the best choice for our family with a great suite and because of that I became a loyal customer to Pullman Hotel.Also I don’t want to forget Ms. Rumaisa for letting us stay a little more due to our flight time. Truly it’s the place everyone must visit.

Location is good, Staffs are polite and helpful.. I got an upgrade and it was great..

The hotel price is a bit expensive

Very nice service, Superb staff- from check in until check out, everything went so smooth. I requested for a simple Birthday surprise for our celebrant, but they went above and beyond. The food in Avenue restaurant was superb as well. Staff were also super nice and accommodating. I usually won't rate 10, but our stay I would say is even more than it. Will definitely come back in the near future.
