The staff are welcoming, the property architecture is outstanding and the food is excellent. The location is very convenient close to many malls and shopping centers.

Some personal care items were not available in the bathroom like toothbrushes, cotton buds and hair dryer. Too many mosquitos in the area around the pool.

We loved the view inside and outside of the hotel, the staff were approachable.

The Hotel for me, is not a child friendly environment. The lobby, reception, hallways were all smells like cigarette smoke, and we all know how dangerous it is for kids. I dont know if they have designated smoking area,but really the smell was so bad.Also if they could consider allowing kids to swim in the indoor pool, only for this time of the year, the outside pool was nice if its summer, but now that its winter, of course its cold, plus too much mosquitos. The main thing that the kids enjoy during hotel staycation is the swimming, but unfortunately,from all of the hotels we went here in Doha, only Al Aziziya Boutique Hotel by Torch is not allowing kids to swim in the indoor pool.I just really hope they would think about it, and to consider, as long as the parents and guardians would be responsible enough to be with their kids and watch them closely to prevent any accidents.

I had an excellent experience at Al Aziziya Boutique Hotel. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the service was consistently warm, attentive, and professional.A heartfelt thank you to the entire team; Mr. Habib, Lakshmi, Sheila, Iman, Rami, everyone at the concierge, and Kawcher. Each of you made my stay truly memorable. Your kindness, efficiency, and genuine care stood out in every interaction.The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, but it’s the team that makes it exceptional. The location , value and the professional staff.

The room was spacious enough for a family. Although the furniture is old, it has been well maintained. We used the pool for the kids, and it was a good experience, along with a quality breakfast.

The park area could be maintained better, where the furniture is found with dust and not maintained. Additionally, when looking out the window, you can see bird droppings.

This hotel is amazing the staff are really kind and professional, the attention is awesome,,the food is fantastic, the location is perfect and it is near to the Villagio mall and to the soccer stadium, I recommend 100 % this hotel, even a member of my family received a cake in the room the day I'd his birthday.

Everything is excellent

We stayed for one night, and our kids really enjoyed the pool, especially the play area in the children’s section. The breakfast was good, though it would have been even better with some Indian options. Overall, we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. The only thing worth mentioning is that no toiletries or hair dryer were provided in the room. I understand these might be available on request, but it’s inconvenient to have to call reception at 5 a.m. for basic items.

The staff are very helpful. The pool is super nice! My kids enjoyed swimming very much. The food is so yummy! It was such a great experience.

I was expecting to have all the features available in the hotel mentioned on the website. The patio café was closed, the kids area was messy, dirt, looked like abandoned and also closed, primavera restaurant was close, and the indoor pool was not allowed for children. The outdoor pool is small to support the guest quantities also, some of the pool chairs were broken including the umbrella and similar setup. The yard looks like it is not well maintained they also have some outdoor tents that are dirty, broken and full of non used parts inside from an old kids party/event. The front desk didn't give any info during the check in like, where is the restaurant, pool, gym and spa, she just asked for the documents and requested the payment.Really I was hardly disappointed to be there for three days during Eid holiday I've planned with my family and we have to be going outside to have a different buffet since they have at the time of my stay only glass house restaurant as an option.

I didn’t like the hotel… I loved it! The facilities were top-notch — from the relaxing pool area to the well-equipped gym and cozy lounge spaces. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to make the stay enjoyable and stress-free. Exceeded my expectations!

The receptionist how checked me in was very serious I smiled at her she didn’t smile back she should treat the hotel customers better. Just a comment
