Great location,very nice rooms and service in general was very good.

I didn’t like the check in timings, we are supposed to get our rooms by 3 but it was delayed for at least an hour which is not nice from a mandarin oriental.

The oriental smell was very strong in the ground floor, it is nice but it was so strong.

Great staff, especially Volkan, who was SUPER helpful. One of the best customer experiences I have ever had. At any hotel globally !

Drinks are horrendously expensive

The most attentive and helpful staff you could possibly ask for.

The only slight issue was that we were on level 7 with, what sounded like, the pumps and other equipment for the swimming pool directly above us. A sound like someone running a bath. This wasn’t an issue when the air con was on but when this cut out, the noise was quite noticeable and constant.

The location

The housekeepers service in hotel is so bad. They are very late in their service. Two days respectively I put the sign on for cleaning the room , and after I come back 3 hours no one clean my room . In addition in second day I called them before I leave my room with the sign on of cleaning same thing after 3 hours no one come to clean it. In addition to that the didn’t take the trash can for toilet after cleaning. I was really upset regarding to their service

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was close (walking distance) to two points of interest Souq Waqif (lots of shops to see) and The Pearl. The heat aside, the location is pretty great if you're up for exploring on foot. The bed was very comfortable and there was a lot of nice closet space. The room also had what's called a valet closet. Belongings can be placed in the closet and staff can retrieve them without entering your room. Pretty cool!! The full length windows/doors actually opened so you get an inside outside feel. The hotel facade is covered in a metal laticce for privacy as well, given the hotel is surrounded by buildings. The Concierge and staff were very warm and courteous. Customer service in the hotel, I would say is top knotch. It made me fell like a really valued guest. I spent my layover exploring on foot and going to the museum. I'm really satisfied with my stay at MO.

My bathroom was a little unclean but the staff responded promptly to clean it after I advised them.

Everything! Big thank you to all the staff of the hotel especially Aya, Ebtisam and the reception manager Mr NazeemHad an exceptional pleasant stay, service was amazing! will def. Come back soon. I am a BIG fan!

The toilet lock was broken.

The breakfast wasn't excellent, but I was satisfied. The bed's were so comfortable and the bathrooms were cleaned very well. The best part was the service. Hotel Staff, especially room cleaners are SO KIND. A special shoutout to Henry that served our food, and Shafik that cleaned our room.

When we checked in, Booking.com canceled our reservation because we hadn't arrived yet. However, check out isn't until 12 I believe, and we arrived before it would have marked a missed day. We think the hotel called booking.com. But this isn't necessarily a complaint, just a question.

Room was very clean, staffs are very friendly. Hotel location is perfect.

Everything was amazing - staff were excellent from the moment you walk into hotel. Breakfast lunch and dinners were excellent - room was beautiful and facilities overall were incredible. The hotel is in a great location near the souk and is a very easy area to walk around with plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy to get to the museums too. The concierge was very helpful in organising what to do and made excellent recommendations and organised a brilliant desert trip which we all loved.

Swimming pool may roof in summer cause it is really hot, buffet price is high

the MO Doha deserves its 5 star status because it’s is well-located, comfortable and provides a luxurious stay. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We arrived very tired and were greeted by Viktoria, who took great care of us. Laura also was helpful. As we waited for our flight in the Baraha Lounge, we were well taken care of by Felia, who went the extra mile to give a very good memory of Mandarin Oriental Doha. I would highly recommend MO Doha as a luxury hotel.

impeccable service and hospitality, fairly new facilities and great location

nothing at all really; guest relations and team are superb and up to the game to winning at every-single detail throughout your stay!

Amazing staff, everybody is incredibly nice and helpful. Great room, espectacular decoration and cleanliness. Amazing amenities, breakfast is excellent. We definetly elected Mandarin Oriental as our favourite hotel chain.

The only thing was that the pool was having maintenance so we couldn't use it.

the staff seemed unfriendly and weren’t welcoming. you were rarely greeted when entering and if you were it wasn’t genuine or sincere. staff seems angry at times. the spas fire alarm went off during our massage but they didn’t offer to extend or even offer something to make up for it. I would except greater service from the mandarin brand
