There is absolutely no attention paid to the cleanliness

Its so dirty,, The bed sheet has stains on it, and there is a lot of hair everywhere in bed and in bathroom also the bed quilt has the same thingAnd the bathroom was dirty they didn’t clean it well before we checked in Over all its not clean

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. the location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. the facilities were excellent, and the attention to detail really made my stay special. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

Only small issue with hotel parking was full every night but I managed to park near the mosque which is not a big problem

I contact to change one day only for emergency happen they not accept Also the wood in room and bathroom was broken and the bathroom dirty And I see cockroach in wardrobe

My experience at this hotel was very bad.When I entered the room, I found a dirty towel, which shows poor cleanliness standards. In addition, one of the staff members tried to take extra money from me without any valid reason. The overall treatment was very bad, with unprofessional behavior and poor manners from some employees. This experience was unacceptable and does not reflect a proper hotel service. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and works to improve cleanliness and staff behavior.

There’s no toothbrush it’s a bit annoying me but other thing all good

They were very rigid on early check in they charges us 300 QAR extra for early check in, no amenities in the room. They were not changing the pillow cover, bed sheets. Parking was very tight and most of the time not available. Room condition was really poor.

Rooms were smelling dusty even they offered me at last level its the same and not cleaned and when you are entering the room the path looks like your are in horror movie and the design of rooms its like apartment dim lights not like hotels

- Location is wonderful with walking distance to Musheireb & Souq Waqif.- Rooms are spacious.- AC is good.- There is a nearby supermarket next the hotel.

- Check-in time is late (3 pm).- Check-in and check-out process is slow.- A deposit of 100 QR per room was paid with credit card upon check-in, and was refunded cash.- Corridors, room doors, tiles and bathrooms need to be refurbished.- Kettle was dirty and rusty, so I couldn’t use it to make coffee/ tea.

The night shift staff (a guy) seemed like someone forced him to work and he didn't provide us Wifi password and the moment I stepped inside the room, it smells very unpleasant

A terrible stay due to three major issues:Dirty room upon arrival.· Pervasive bad smell from the restaurant in common areas and rooms.Impossible parking where you'll block others in. The parking is designed for auto parking cars only.

Me and my fiancé like it to much? special my fiancé. He enjoyed much to stay that’s why we came twice to booked again when we came back.

We liked it much , but only the restaurant up isn’t that good.

Cleaning and facilities and WiFi are not good
