Nice staff, new , good parking service. And nice colors

They didn¿t answer the customer service nor front desk few times that i needed to call.

the recipients Shaima and Fatooma was great in welcoming and doing quick checkin and checkout also the hotel is clean and located in a very good location. Swimming pool and gym is available and clean as well.

the breakfast is below expectations compared to the hotel level.

My experience was ruined by hotel and Booking.com customer service. I booked a room for 3 people with pre-payment (no cancellation option). However, when booking was made it turned out to be for 2 people only (some sort of glitch in the system I suppose). When I approached hotel to add 3rd person in my booking it was rejected. I approached booking.com to change my booking and add 3rd person and didn't get any help either, despite I sent screen shots with proof that booking was made and paid for 3 people. Upon arrival to hotel and discussion with hotel staff (and showing them screen shots confirming I paid for 3 people, but booking was only done for 2), they didn't change my booking, and I had to pay once again for 3rd person stay. This is worst customer service I've ever had. Clearly it was some sort of glitch between booking.com and hotel (actually hotel staff told me they had similar case with another guest from Saudi Arabia), however I, as a customer, ended up paying for this twice and trying to get any help from hotel or booking.com was like banging with my head against the wall.On top of this, every day when we were going to breakfast, the waiter at the breakfast reception had to stop us (as they see booking for 2, despite I paid once again for 3rd person during check-in) and verify with reception that breakfast for 3rd person was paid.

Having the reception on one floor higher than the lobby and the clumsiness involved in bag handling and checking out.

Good location, good hotel facilities, spacious room, most staff are friendly and welcoming.

Housekeeping needs some improvement (response and quality of some tools like towels)Food needs some enhancements (there's variety, but taste to be enhanced)

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness did not meet expected standards, particularly the bathroom, as the toilet was not properly cleaned upon arrival. We had to request a room change.

Nice hotel, central, room is very big and nice, big bath-tub. Front desk extremely nice, booked activities and had plenty of suggestions. It was a nice stay.

Didn’t have a sofa . Room didn’t come with a mini fridge. There was a chiller which was not working. When we asked the staff, they said it is like that. Room didn’t have microwave, iron and iron table. Pool didn’t have enough light during the dark hours. No activity place for the kids.

Very cooperative staff. Thanks to Ms. Fatom & Mr. Naveed for their exceptional hospitality. Room size was ample. Very well equipped room & spacious bathroom. Everything was functional. Ample parking space. Breakfast venue & menus were wonderful

The check was really slow i waited inline for almost 40mins and there was no one ahead of me just the person being worked on ?‍♀️

Our second stay at Shaza - it is a great hotel in an excellent location. Shaza staff is very friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive! The breakfast included in our rate was great. We will stay here again!
