Steigenberger Residence Doha

Wrong Choice

We stayed in the first floor, the corridor smell like food was being cooked the whole stay time. We where 5 persons in the apartment we requested three more towels because they only put 2. The towels that where provided where not clean. There was an Arabic femal that worked in the reception acted very rude with me because of spilled coffee accident.

Accessible to shops, clean surrounding, spacious, and comfortable

When we entered the hotel apartment, the welcome message displayed on the TV showed a different name instead of mine. In addition, the toiletries were not fully stocked and should be replenished, as this is a three-bedroom apartment.

Clean, comfortable and spacious

Location and car parking plus cleanliness

Facilities need enhancement

i like the hotel cleanliness, all facilities, well manner staff. good location.

the room in first floor, 1 bhk residence is very dark. no sunlight. we stayed for 10 days so its very bad not to have direct sunlight or somekind of outside light during the day.

My stay at Steigenberger Residence Doha was exceptional in every sense. The residence offers a refined level of luxury combined with outstanding comfort and privacy. The space was elegantly designed, immaculately maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a truly relaxing stay. The staff were remarkably professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. The overall atmosphere reflects sophistication and calm, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays. I would highly recommend Steigenberger Residence Doha to anyone seeking premium hospitality and understated elegance.

Nill.

Location was ok

Price very high for hotel ( rooms quality , parking , services , breakfast, ) . For the price I would go somewhere else

This is one of the best hotels in Doha in terms of price vs quality of hotel. Very convinient location and close to airport. AlMeera supermarket next to it and you can choose between hotel room or apartment.

Taxi that always lost to find the entrance:)

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality throughout my visit.

Excellent apartment, very big, clean modern and kitchen with all you need

I wish that staff is more flexible to allow modifying reservation to include breakfast with same price shown in booking.com

all the staff members were very helpful, specifically achref in the reception. he was very professional to help me with some of the best locations in Doha. He also helped me book my transportation to the airport

Receptionist Sara was not cooperative with us we took half hour to fill papers while we were waiting in the lobby she can give us room key.

I’ll never come back to this residence or book in its chain of residence ever again.

The offered rooms not as advertised to online, so as the cost I end up paying more for my family tripA/C was not working properly I had to call their maintenance crew 2 times.Staff and front desk not replying to your call from the room

The staff were very friendly.Close location to the airport.Clean property.

My experience was not pleasant as the apartment next door had laud music very late at night around 2:30am. I complained about it but still the noise was laud.

Only the room are big and clean

We arrived at the hotel and we were told to pay extra 300Aed to be in resident side and when we are booking online we saw the room we booked is at resident side the staff are not friendly at all very bad

I booked Steigenberger Hotel and Residence after conducting long research on Booking.com to chill out on the weekend with my group of girl friends. The Residence was in a prime location actually it is in the heart of Doha, close to everything equally. It offers a very safe and secure environment for all guests, which is a great thing. The 3 bedroom premium apartment I booked was mesmerizing. We were highly impressed with its clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and it's elegant modern furnishing style which make us feel the luxurious stay without compromising coziness. The serene swimming pool is so clean and nice. We enjoyed our time there in the hot summer as we usually swim after sunset. We didn't experience neither the food options nor the wellness facility and the Spa this time. But, I am interested to try it out on my next visit. The exceptional customer service, and the amiable and helpful staff at this hotel impressed all of us. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk team and Mr. Essam, which left us with enraptured feeling.During our stay, Mr Alaa was always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we get in contact. All of the front desk team and the housekeeping team were there for every need of ours, consistently and attentively made sure we were comfortable. My deepest respect to Mr. Essam Othman who sincerely made sure he covered all our needs, Mr Mohamed Abdul Rashid and Mr Alaa at the front desk for their endless efforts to ensure our comfort and peace. Lots of thanks to all of you. Definitely, my friends and I will visit and stay in Steigenberger again and again to enjoy the beautiful friendly and cozy overall atmosphere I highly recommend Steigenberger Hotel and Residence! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
