I faced 3 problems :1-The most annoy issues was: There was NO hot water and I informed them 3 times but no solution. The issue was still there.2-One bedroom the A/C was not working properly.3-There was cooking smell coming from the restaurant of the hotel in the front entrance.

My stay at Centara West Bay Hotel & Residences was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and the overall experience was excellent.There was only one minor issue, which was a slightly unusual smell in the bathroom, but aside from that, everything else was perfect.I would like to give special recognition to Chef Prakash for his truly outstanding and exceptional service. He made the breakfast experience absolutely wonderful. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for all guests are remarkable. He personally ensures everyone is happy and well taken care of, and his positive attitude makes a real difference. He is truly one of the highlights of the stay.All the other staff members were also friendly, helpful, and professional, providing great service throughout the hotel. However, Chef Prakash is truly exceptional and stands out in a very special way.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

the room was quite

breakfast was with limited options. food was average more or less. room service was not fast. in the bathroom there were no teeth brush. the water in the washing hand area did not go fast enough. the guy in the reception I think he was Tunisian was not nice, I asked him to have beach view and he replied with no you need to upgrade to get beach view and I know that, but he can say I will try and see if there is no future reservation, but he did not say that

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. From reception to room service all of them made sure that we are comfortable.Specially kitchen and dining staff served us very well. I would like to say special thanks to Mr. Prakash who was available all time during breakfast.

Excellent stay at this hotel.I would like to thank all the staff for their professionalism and kindness.Special thanks to Aya at the reception for her warm welcome, availability and professionalism.I would also like to thank the Moroccan lady at the 3rd floor pool, always very smiling, helpful and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.A wonderful team that truly makes a difference. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is great. Rooms have great views. Service is very good! We had a surprise flower arrangement as well.

This is a fine hotel for a few days. I would not call it luxurious, but it is very well appointed. The kitchen was a nice touch and overall I found the beds to be quite comfortable. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

There was some inconsistency in the housekeeping -- some days, rags were not replaced and there was variation of how much they would help to tidy the kitchen. And they do not change the sheets and pillow cases as often as I would like and if there might be a stain or two on them.

Staff was very welcoming, specially Mr Parkash and the reception ladies are excellent

overall it was excellent experience

Location

The room furniture does not represents five star hotel/residence. They should seek the help of an interior designer. Fees too expensive against the hotel arrangement.

Room was clean

The hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star property. The bed sheets were torn and the armchair was stained.

Required to call for the essential things like dental kit etc. They didn’t check before check-in, but can be avoided. Resturant menus were not properly displayed. QR codes are there after scanning not displayed properly

The room and layout of the room was great. I also enjoyed the views and comfortable bed.

The shower was leaking a little when I arrived and hadn’t turned on the faucet. I also thought that my stay included breakfast which is what I remember selecting on booking but when I arrived I had to pay that separately.

I really liked the view from my room and how close it was to the shopping center. I also like how spacious it was as I did not think it was going to be very big and I was pleasantly surprised.

Some of the furniture was a little dated and damaged but the rest of the hotel was good.

The rooms were neat, all facilities available. Staff were nice

It was very annoying. Maintenance was working on the floor above me, which made it difficult for me to sleep. I filed a complaint against them three times

Location , plenty of parking , big and clean apartment , three bathroom and big living room . Apartment view was amazing . Staff were very friendly. If I would stay again, for sure no breakfast included.

The breakfast choices and quality is far below average (doesn’t worth paying for included breakfast) The food options are very limited / not fresh / dry bread / dry cheese .
