The restaurants and staff were great.

I choose this one because of my experience with one in Dubai, however this property showed signs of neglect. The tub had mold around the edges and the caulking should have been replaced a while ago.

the bathtub is high with no step and when you turn the hot water making a terrible noise

concierge gave WRONG directions to Souq Waqif, very frustrating He insisted that I NOT use my map (he said "this map will not help you",even though it was a detailed tourist map of area). I had only a few hours in Doha, wasted all of it being lost!

Receptionist was the best. He help me in so many ways I can't how awesome hes was enough!!!

Yes l don¿t get shuttles from the airport They don¿t have shuttles pick up the customer from the airport.

. Room looks so ordinary, like it’s a 4-star hotel. Not what we expected in a 5-star hotel from an established, well-known hotel chain like IHG..The furnitures are showing signs of wear. Even the carpet in the hallway looks old.•Taking shower in a bathtub in my opinion is not so safe, esp getting out from the bathtub. It’s slippery and one must be very careful. I really don’t feel comfortable taking showers during my stay.

Every thing is perfect including the hotel location

bathroom floor should be wet mopped by using germ cleaner floor disinfectant on daily basis.Breakfast menu should be changed with wide varieties of dishes, but it is presentatble

The receptionists especially ishaq was very rude to me and my friends, talks back a lot, the other one was acting rude like we don’t speak English even though we were all doctors who speak English fluently and were there for our friend’s wedding

The location and the price were somehow good

Francois, the bellman, was very helpful to me and my colleague during our stay. He helped with a very heavy box we had to deliver to a client. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful as well! The food for breakfast was good as well as the room service food.

It was a bit stuffy in the room.

And even if something wasn’t to your taste, there were always fresh and tasty alternatives available. Everything was prepared with great care and flavor – truly top quality.A special shoutout to the housekeeping team as well. The rooms and common areas were always spotless and fresh. You can tell that everything is done with great attention and pride.I also want to thank Vincent for perfectly organizing our desert excursion. He took the time to explain everything clearly and reassured us that all would go smoothly – and it certainly did. It was an unforgettable experience.The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, are also wonderful. You’ll find everything you need for relaxation and comfort.The hotel’s general manager can truly be proud of this team. We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The hotel itself was great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and dinner options were fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious choices to suit all tastes.The staff truly made our experience even better. The restaurant team was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed. A special mention to Kalpesh, the manager, who impressed us with his constant availability and attention to detail. Solomon was an absolute delight—so polite and funny! We always looked forward to seeing him during our meals.At the reception, Brian and Chris were incredibly kind and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We also really appreciated being granted a late check-out, which made our departure stress-free.Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

We booked a room for three people, but instead of three beds, we were given two regular beds and an uncomfortable guest bed. This significantly impacted our stay. While the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, the bed situation was disappointing.
