Everything was awesome.. the staff was amazing and friendly.. they gave me upgraded room for free with amazing views..

The safe locker is not safe at all .. I tried to lock it with different numbers but when u enter 000000 it works!! How come when u put ur own number and still 000000 can open it no matter what number you entered.. be careful..

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst choices. I was booked for 3 nights but only stayed one night and then left to go to another hotel.The apartment was not clean at all. The curtains were extremely dusty to the point that dust was falling on us. The bathrooms also had small insects.The ceramic tiles in the shower move when water hits them.One of the worst hotels — I wouldn’t even give it one star.

A pleasant and comfortable stay with my family. The hotel was clean, well-located, and family-friendly.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during breakfast on the first day. My 4-year-old daughter noticed a donut while we were leaving, and I politely asked a staff member for a tissue to take a small piece for her. A female staff member, who appeared to be a supervisor, overheard the request and responded by raising her voice—almost shouting—that this was not allowed, and instructed the staff to “watch me.”This behavior was shocking, rude, and completely inappropriate, especially in front of a child. It left a very negative impression and made me seriously reconsider staying at or returning to this hotel in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious, and a few members of the staff were quite courteous.

The Challenges: I was assigned room 1111, which was a connecting room. This was particularly disappointing as I had specifically requested a quiet room via Booking.com and again at check-in. I was traveling across time zones and suffering from severe jet lag, making sleep my top priority.Unfortunately, I could hear constant screaming from children in the adjoining room late into the night and early in the morning. Additionally, there was a persistent sound of toilet flushes—likely from the connected unit—that echoed into my room. When I raised these issues with the manager after a sleepless first night, the response was cold. I was told the hotel was full and they couldn't move me. Their only solution was for me to come down and report noise in real-time so they could "speak to the guest." After taking a sleeping pill and still being woken up, this felt dismissive and unhelpful. In a strange oversight, the coffee machine (keurig type) provided was a two-pin European-style plug, while the room only had standard Gulf three-pin sockets. I couldn't even use the amenities provided.I left the property exhausted and poorly rested. If you are a business traveler or someone who values a quiet environment, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The bed was hard The housekeeping clean very quickly and do not clean properly they rush

The room furniture is really old. Toilet shows mold and age on the wood cabinets. You can see black spots on the shower floor

The hotel is modern, elegant and very well located in West Bay. The room was spacious and extremely clean, with a beautiful city view. The staff was outstanding, especially the lady at breakfast who made every morning brighter with her warm, welcoming smile and positive energy.

Everything was great, there was nothing to complain about.
