Good location and staff were very helpful. Especially the concierge. They were always there to assist us especially with uber drivers who have wrong directions and they talk to them better since it is their local language they are using.

Great stay at Hilton Doha. Excellent service, comfort, and overall experience. Special thanks to Jay at reception for his outstanding communication and friendly attitude — he truly made the stay memorable. Highly recommended.

The beach and swimming pool area and breakfast variety

The bed was not comfortable and the breakfast hall was always crowded and had to wait to be seated. The room furniture is kid of old

the room view was amazing my only comment is on the windows, they were dusty and had hand prints from the outside that ruined the view

Location was good.

Felt old. Bed not very comfortable. Loud music played from night club until 3 am could hear it clearly on the 21st floor. Prepaid breakfast not worth the money paid.

upon arrival the extremely friendly manager upgraded us to deluxe NON smoking suite, the room very spacious,modern and has the extra amenities toothbrush etc. The pool being attached to the beach was amazing and relaxing.

The breakfast didnt have many europerean selections, could have had more healthy options fresh fruit (not just for juicing), and yoghurt. The resturant on site was very expensive and not value for money.

I spent two tiring and unpleasant nights at your hotel.

1. The way your Parking staff deal with your customers.2. I couldn't sleep for 2 nights because of the Music sound ,,, spically from the Beat Drames untel 02:00 AM

The room was gorgeous, everything was clean and the attention on the lobby, restaurants and pool/beach was excellent.

It was so noisy at night, you could hear the cars, horns and even music from outside at night. It was hard to sleep specially because of the disco music.

The night club vibrations reach up to the 7th floor, apparently all sea view rooms are affected. The noise was extremely disturbing, and I couldn’t sleep. The hotel never mentioned this night club noise before booking, which is very disappointing.There’s also construction noise in the mornings that we weren’t informed about. Sound isolation is very poor, you can hear people walking, talking, or closing doors on the same floor.Staff were considerate and offered to move me to another room at midnight and again the next morning, but the main issue remains, if the soundproofing is this bad, the hotel shouldn’t operate a night club at the same time.

There is a club on the premises that plays insanely loud music from 10pm to 2am at night (on Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays). We asked to move to a quiet room but the bass from the club could still be heard. We couldn't sleep, had an early flight, so it kinda ruined an otherwise very nice hotel experience

Very friendly staff. Easy check in, and they were very accommodating to our requests. The property was clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and AC works wonderful. The room was always nice and cool. The food at the buffets was also excellent.

The ocean water is nowhere near as nice as it appears in the pictures.

The breakfast is delicious and you have options of different foods to eat. The hotel has a beautiful beach and great area for walking.
