just the AC even on low was cold and there was an issue with the unit. Washing machine the drywr didn?t work

Our experience staying at the hotel was very positive. Check in, room, facilities, and location were great! The staff were warm and welcoming, and made our stay extremely pleasant! Shout out to Ms. We'am from the restaurant and front desk who went out of her way to keep us happy.

The breakfast buffet, while still good, I believe there is room for improvement!

It took long time to have hot water in the bathrooms due to long distance from the water heater. There were not trash cans near the Elevators, in the setting room or in the lobby. Other than that everything was excllent

its old furniture but well maintain which will not give the the luxurious stay.the ventilation in the room toilets is thurible.the hotel occupied high number of long stay residence so its effect the vibe and lead you to feel that you are in family tower not five star hotelcar parking lots space is small so if you have big car you may feel this struggles.(valete services is available and the staff is really keen

The apartment is suitable for families and the rooms are spacious with sea views.

The original male staff member I encountered was a bit rude and looked at me like I didnt have any business in the building. However, Mr. Kenneth took outstanding care of me and got me my room key very quickly without hesitation. Big shoutout to him as I was ready to go to a hotel across the street and take my business elsewhere even though I had already prepaid for the room.

The stuff were very hospitable,nice and helpful, very comfortable, spacious and clean.The facilities and the suite accommodation is very up to the needs of the customer.

You can’t park your car by yourself, but the valet parking was available and for free

with the same price there is many options close to you and connecting to the mall

It is marvelous. Rooms are very clean and they have excellent kitchen. They bars and breakfast restaurant in 61 floor. It is amazing

Bathrooms didn’t have a bidet (shataf). Also, room service food is very bad and tastes like frozen food. I have paid over $100 dollars for dinner from room service and food was not as per 5 star hotel standards at all.

I was in a 2-bedroom suite. Everything was good from staff to room size and quality of items in the room as well as the Gym and pool. Housekeeping is very good. The Gym ver well taken care of equipment & hygiene . Valet service excellent

TV in room is old not smartWater pressure is weak to some extent and some toilet in the room was without Islamic wash (SHATAF).

I rented the 4 bedroom appartment, it was spacious and had a sea view. Loved it. The added value about this place is its staff, thanks to all of them for making our stay wonderful.

Only thing is that sometimes the bathrooms would stink especially the master bedroom.

The hotel is 5 stars , but actually it will fit into 3 stars,There no breakfast buffet and only Alacart , the fruit salad was not fresh the bread is not fresh for a high price !The keys are not working most of the time , it frustetating To go back and forth to the lobby and their stupid reason Keep the key away from mobile !! , in summary it was disappointment. No way to come back again .
