Hotel Valencia

Go to the hospital where my friend had an actual medical emergency so it made things very convenient. Was actually very clean modern place

The front desk person was overly zealous. I asked him if it was possible to stay another night in the same or similar room …which I thought would take 30 seconds ….but 15 minutes later he was still checking the computer for various options despite the fact that I asked him to stop since it wasn’t worth the wait and my friend needed to get to bed since he was still symptomatic. He was TOO helpful!

Good breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausages, etc)

Jose Lestao - Chef, very pleasant and a good chef when we don't know what to eat. Always with a good suggestion and asking if the client is satisfied. Reception:Ana, Fernando, Raquel, nice and kind Team. Very good meet and greet when arriving and always asking if any help is needed.Cleaning Staff: Room very well cleaned, tidy and smelling fresh.

The staff is excellent. They made my family feel very welcomed and they were kind and friendly with our kid. I'd definitely recommend it for a family that wants to explore Galicia without stress. The facilities were cleaned and the room is comfortable, there's a cafeteria serving food in the hotel so that's very handy. Generally we didn't have any problems with the amenities.

A bit pricey for what it offers. We thought for the price we paid for, the breakfast could be included as well as the parking. Also, the location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, which wasn't a problem as we rented a car. I certainly wouldn't recommend it if you don't have your private vehicle. And don't expect much for the view, a bit grim.

Hotel Valencia was good value for money. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The hotel’s underground parking was convenient and not expensive. Staff members were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is not within easy walking distance of the center of Ferrol. Although our bathroom had a bidet, there were no bidet towels.

Great spot for an overnight, with clean, comfortable room and very helpful staff.

We stayed on a Sunday night and (understandably) the cafeteria was closed in the evening. We had a great breakfast there the next morning!

Friendly and helpful staff.The chef, Jose took good care of me with good food, amazing flavours, the tiramisu he made was extremely good. A kind person.Buffet breakfast was good value for money.To all the staff, you are amazing.Thank you for your kindness.

Very nice, friendly hotel with 24 hour reception which I needed. Good buffet breakfast and bar.

Thank you for great service. We had comfortable and very clean room, free parking for car, friendly staff. We were at night but reception made fast check in and we went to rest. Very delicious coffee in the restaurant:)

Rich breakfast

Long check-in, location on the outskirt, norhing to do there.

The receptionist’s were particularly friendly except one lady when we were leaving the garage, I stopped to put the Sat direction in, which she got upset about because I was sitting in the entrance (No other vehicle ? was trying to exit the garage door was shut)Her manner was abrupt, obviously she rose on the wrong side of the bed!That incident aside it is a clean well run hotel, nice breakfast , minor renovations in the rooms. Required! A little noisy at night, you can’t open the window.

What a shame this hotel is not better located FERROL What a terrible place run down made me think of east Germany Before re- unification almost afraid to walk one area, So DONT Turn left down the hill! Restaurants in Ferrol WHERE !!Don’t recommend a visit it’s terrible.

excellent option, even if not it the city center. outside (uncovered) parking for free, clean & comfortable room and bathroom, super friendly and nice front desk & cafeteria staff. a great surprise on our trip throughout Galicia.

Out of town but nice bars nearby doing good food

Staff was super friendly, both at the reception and the little cafe/restaurant. Comfy, big beds. Nice and clean bathroom.

You could hear noise from the hallway quite well. The television turns on each time you plugin your key card for the lights - rather unnecessary, especially since my Spanish is not good enough to watch Spanish TV.

I finished my work early and gave 2 days notice i would be leaving 1 night early but was still charged for the full stay which I thought was unreasonable.

Nice modern decor.Staff efficient and friendly.On site cafeteria at a reasonable price.

Really Uncomfortable

One night like a nightmare, uncomfortable bed and pillows, very bad soundproofing, noise water from bathroom, old fashioned tv.

Nothing much.

Better to get a hotel in downtown Ferrol. It is maybe 10 euros more expensive but much better.
