Hotel Spa Odeón

Air conditioner extremely poor, it was hot in the room and I couldn't sleep. Spa pool was overcrowded and water was not warm. Reception staff was (only one person) and guests had to wait longer than normal.

The room is spacious

It is decorated with the bare minimum. There is hardly any light in the bathroom. The location is not good: it is in the middle of an industrial area

Spa was a nice surprise and a wonderful breakfast option.

I had the pleasure of visiting the SPA at Sercotel Odeón, and it was absolutely fantastic! The facilities are modern, clean, and perfectly designed for relaxation. From the soothing ambiance to the variety of treatments offered, everything was top-notch.The staff was professional and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and pampered throughout my visit. The thermal circuit was a true highlight, left me feeling completely rejuvenated. It’s the perfect place to unwind and escape from the daily stress.I highly recommend the SPA at Sercotel Odeón to anyone looking for an exceptional wellness experience!

Large with tiny TV and no English channels. Location in huge unattractive commercial /industrial zone . It doesn't overlook the Ferrol estuary but does have views of Burger King , MacDonalds which is a misrepresentation.

Excellent facilities, the free upgrade to a suite was a surprise, excellent buffet breakfast and the cafeteria evening meal was good value. Secure parking for motorcycles in underground garage

A business like hotel in a commercial area. We knew all this and it's was great with secure underground parking.

This is bizarre property - the spa is nothing to do with hotel - you get 1.5hrs access to it, the Gymn is in the car park ! And isn’t a Gymn! The breakfast is the lowest level you can provide to be described as a breakfast - the rooms have dormitory style beds - I don’t know what this place is but the word Hotel should not be used - I booked the suite the most expensive gosh knows how bad the others were- staff great but embarrassed!

Hotel, clean and new enough. We did not use the SPA. We stayed one night. The rooms were spacious, but lacked coziness and comfort.

This is the biggest drawback for many hotels, but I really don't like it when the double bed version is two single beds pushed together. This can be solved with a mattress topper, so that co-sleeping is comfortable.

Good breakfast good facilities including a free well equipped gym.

A working fridge and T.V. both not working. safe had to have a clean and battery change

The room is spacious. It is possible to open the window a bit for fresh air.

There is only one cushion, would have liked more.The light in the bathroom iluminate from the back making it difficult to see yourself in the mirror.The promotion " breakfast and garage" is only valid for one person despite travelling by car by two persons.

Spacious room, good price.

There were a lot of hairs in the bathroom because of poor cleaning.

Room - big, comfy bed with desk and good shower.Spa - 90 mins for 10 euros/person. pool, different showers, sauna and steam room. good and relaxing.Breakfast - small with a few options - fruit, fried food, cereal and pasteries

While the room was big, it was quite sparce, it needs better and larger furniture, like tv and sofa.

All good,from matrice comfort,space bathroom,breakfast ... I would recommend it!
