The service was immaculate!!

The front desk staff was outstanding. The room was very nice. The bed's extremely comfortable. The water pressure is worth mentioning. It was wonderful. We spent over a week in Spain in various towns and cities and hotel had the best pressure and the most comfortable beds of all the places we stayed

The hotel is located a little bit away from the center of things. Also. It's located right near an intersection. Where the crosswalk sounds when crosswalk turns green for pedestrians, it comes with a long, audible and somewhat annoying noise. Fortunately the sound is turned off between 10:00pm and maybe 7:00 a.m.. while this is out of the hotel's control, it is something you should be aware of, especially if your room is located facing the street

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast!

Nothing negative to say about this place! If you’re walking the Camino ingles, it’s about 2km walk from the start of the Camino.

Location: Central location, walking distance to main attractions of the town: Museum of the Naval Construction (there is also Navy Museum in the next building) and Meninas de Canido (a group of more than 100 murals). Tourist information (actually two separate: municipal and provincional) at Plaza de Espana is in 10 minutes walking distance.Stairs/elevator: elevators available.Room: large and comfortable;electric sockets: available, but only one near the bed;lighting: good.Bed: large and comfortable.Bathroom: average in size, functional, enough space for toiletries, heated.Breakfast: excellent, large selection for every taste, including vegetables (very rare in Spain); I have got a chocolate especially prepared for me.WiFi: good.Staff: Nice and helpful.Parking: pricey, but essential as streets around were fully parked.

Great location, very clean, great value

Location. Breakfast was an extensive buffet (and they advised us we could eat at 7:30am instead of 8:00am)so we could get an early start to the Camiño. Pretty friendly staff and nice pasta dinner.

Seemed hard to regulate the temperature in the room (~hot and muggy).

No kettle or coffee making facilities in the room yet it is marketed as a 4-star

We absolutely loved our stay at this perfect hotel. We had a beautiful spacious room with a wonderful bathroom. The location was central, convenient for train and bus station and a walk to the old town and the start of the Camino Ingles. Breakfast was super. Would dearly love to stay again.

Really friendly and nice staff. Check in was quick. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. We had a great breakfast in the morning. I’m gluten free and they made sure I was well looked after. Food was great. All in all - really happy with the experience.

This hotel has very convenient location - 10 minutes to the main city attractions. The room was convenient and spacious. Stunny miscellenious breakfast. Kind and friendly staff.

More attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the floors.A lot of dust. No walk in shower.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Overall the hotel is very nice. The staff is also nice. I liked the food at the hotel’s restaurant for dinner. The salad was amazing.

In ordered ice cream for dessert at dinner. It was delicious. Only comment is that there could have been a bit more ice cream in the serving. The scoops were really tiny.

Beautiful modern hotel with warm and stylish wood finishes in the hallways and in the bedroom. Breakfast was very varied and generous. Dinner was available in restaurant and the service was excellent

I had a warm cosy stay when it was very wet outside. Nothing not to like here.
