Centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable. Efficient check in and out.

Staff was helpful and friendly. I was a single woman walking the Camino. It was a good place to start off from.

The hotel is in an excellent location, particularly for those of us who are walking the Camino Ingles to Santiago. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The best part of my stay was the customer serve. The manager, Sergio, was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me locate my luggage list by Iberia Airlines. Highly recommend this hotel.

We like the location and the hotel.

We thought the size, layout and standard of the room fell short of what I would expect to pay for in Ferrol.

The lady at the reception was super cool, so helpful.The place is a km from the start of the Camino, and easy walk from bus station, surrounded by great food, and the room we had (rm104) was at the back of the hotel, so not a peep from the street.Basic but acceptable continental breakfast.You can get your pilgrims pass at the reception, stamped and all.

Coffee tasted like Bovril!? ?

The staff were so nice and very helpful! They started the breakfast service early for us as we were heading on the camino the next morning. The bed was really comfortable, and i liked that they had 2 different pillow options.

It would have been nice to have a security box available.

Comfortable and well located for the Camino. The reception staff gave us lots of helpful information. Breakfast was good and early enough for us to get a good start walking.

Nice place, 15 minutes walking from the start of the Camino. If you want to start the Camino Ingles and have a little bit of alone time along with comfort before you jump into the experience, it is a great place to be. The breakfast was basic , don't expect anything special. But the staff were kind and always ready to help :)

Room should be refurbished, it seemed too old. Besides, you could hear everything that was going on in other rooms.

Sergi the host was magnificent! He helped me with too many things for me to mention. The hotel itself us so clean and comfortable I would gladly pay double the price.
