Noisy plumming
My room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The receptionist is very warm and helpful.
Concierge was very welcoming. Beds were comfy, facilities were okay, good value for money
no lift!
Nice location to start the El Camino. We had a late flight arrival and the staff allowed us to check in 30 minutes late. Very good communication via email when we notified them of the late arrival.
We were here for the second time. We love a hospitable host, dog allowed, clean and cozy room with a comfortable bed and pillows.
All good. But when paying £45 It would be good to have either water or coffee in the room. Not cheap when on a Camino walk.A clean and lovely hotel.

Great walkable location, lots of cafes, shops, restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Hairdryer available to borrow, umbrellas too. Close to pilgrim office and start of the Camino Ingles. If you're a fan of El Corte Ingles department store, the outlet store is close.
A little cold in the room but there was an extra blanket available
everything was perfect. nice location, comfy room. good breakfast
Friendly staff, good location and value for money
The room was comfortable and check in very easy. The hotel is centrally located. Unfortunately the heat was not available (October 25 was too early in the season) but extra blankets were available. The wifi signal wasn't strong enough to reach our room but we were able to sit in the hall to access the wifi.
- Very friendly and helpful reception staff. - We liked that it was very close to the Camino Ingles route.
Decor very outdated. They could spruce up the place with very little money.New road outside, quite noisy.
It was a wonderful stay in a clean and central located hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming providing guidance about the city and transport.
Some time I could feel the sound coming from other rooms probably due to sewerage system.
Hotel is a little out of the centre, but offers a handy base for walkers heading off on the Camino, which passes close by, and is a useful budget option. Proprietor is very welcoming and helpful. Nice room.
Pleasant
The noisiest hotel I’ve ever been I could hear the next door neighbour snore and P And there to be clanking most of the night shutters rattling
Friendly staff gave us good advice ?
Water was turned off for repair without notice
No frills, no fuss, but serviceable hotel in Ferrol. Friendly staff - Emilyn is a great hostess and the hotel is well served for el Camino Ingles. Hotel is on the older side.
Walls are very thin, can hear everything in rooms next door.
Reception was really friendly and helpful. Room was fine. Very reasonable rate.
Close to Camino Ingles.
Little bathroom space with no place to hang anything.
The room was big, bright and clean. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I felt safe, there was always someone around.
