Nice staff. Good breakfast. Charming atmosphere.

I should have read the reviews before booking. The street outside is a party spot. Drunk people were screaming all night. The hotel should invest in some shutters to block the noise.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely location in the centre. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Right on the camino route. Great value, stylish hotel.

I wish they had a warm bed spread. It was a single thin sheet and it was a little cold.

Thin walls, can hear next rooms TV and neighbors spending quality time together.Parking is never available due to rented places for local workers according to staff.

Very cosy and historical hotel in the historical city centre at a walking distance from the Port. You can admire the façade by a local architect. Rooms fill their role, but no AC. Regular breakfast.

No AC in the room we got. Ferrol is generally cool but it has some hot days, like the one we arrived. AC or another cooling device would have been nice.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Alda El Suizo during our visit to Ferrol. The location is excellent — right in the city center, with everything just a short walk away. It made exploring the old town, restaurants, and shops incredibly convenient.The room was above average: clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, with comfortable bedding and good natural light. It definitely exceeded our expectations for this category of hotel.Breakfast was decent — nothing fancy, but it had the basics and was enough to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy.Overall, it’s a solid option for anyone looking for a central and comfortable place to stay in Ferrol. We’d definitely consider returning.

Breakfast could be improved, but nothing to complain.

The room that was provided to us at check in appeared to be remodeled, but it didn’t look like the one in our booking.

The air conditioning was broken in the room so we had to open our windows at night. The windows were very dirty.

Location with respect to the Camino, the staff, and the cleanliness.

On a hot day, the AC was not sufficient or not working, particularly on the higher floors.

A little table and a couple of chairs in the room would have been helpful.

It was close to all the processionals for semana sancta and the Camino. It was expertly cared for . The staff was outstanding from front desk to housekeeping.

Hotel was really friendly making effort to speak English. Room was confortable and breakfast had everything you could wish for. The only downside was the noise (outside on the street, inside from other rooms) during the night/early morning.

Beautiful building, friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable beds, contemporary designed room, easy access to transport links and centrally located in the historic part of Ferrol. And excellent value for money.

Lift was a wee bit freaky, and the room lighting was a bit too weak for our liking.

Clean, spacious and friendly even though we were given incorrect information and entered the wrong room but the place is very good and convenient on the Camino Route. The breakfast was very good also.

The room is very big and comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was big, and there was a bathtub. The staff were the nicest that we had met.
