Pros +
- The way the personnel treated me. It was acceptable, but yet because of the quality of price, I didn't expect to be a 5-star hotel. It is what it is!
- Staff was nice and provided good recommendations for Camino.
- Very good spot with a great staff and solid facilities. Nice lobby area to relax, read, cafe onsite and pretty good breakfast available. Very good coffee. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.
Cons -
- bathroom toilet separate from the shower. It was on the opposite side. No AC or Heating. Too crowded a space.Again, culturally wise, I have to adapt.
- It looked way better in pictures. The smell of cleaning product was so strong I got a headache. You could hear the neighbors in and out.
- the staff couldn't speak well english and is hard to reach through booking's message(we are checking in late and try to call and text them several times but they barely answer the messages we sent even when its during business hours), but the front desk staff is very nice and helpful.

the location is 20 minute walk from the feral train station, but when we walked at midnight it felt very safe. The room is decent and clean, for the price we paid is was quite fair.

It was quiet and the staff were extremely helpful. Even lent me a lock for my bicycle which was securely stored in their adjacent garage.
Clean, good price, easy access
Nothing to dislike
really clean accommodation, quiet location and friendly, helpful staff.
nothing to dislike
Great location garage for motorcycle 10 euro for the night.lovely lady at reception she also worked at the bar.lovely friendly atmosphere in the place with locals coming and going.lovely breakfast can't fault it and will stay again if ever in ferrol
Great staff, very helpful! Quiet, clean, close to restaurants and city buses. The breakfast was good.
The computer check in was a bit tedious. Otherwise everything was positive.
Heated and comfy room!! Perfect for one (or a loving couple), it was quite new, clean and so warm. Easy parking in the street, very quiet at night or mornings. Enjoyed breakfast at the cafe downstairs. 15 minute walk to the center of Ferrol, but easy to get in and out of the city with the car. Good recommendation for dining out!
Fair value for the money. Clean and practical. Automatic key handout system worked fine.
Location is not the best, a bit far from the center of the town. Room is a bit small.
The Hotel was very central and even though it is a city hotel, we found parking right next to the hotel. The owner is very nice and helpful. We met him at breakfast. The room, was clean, comfortable and with good amenities. It is situated in a very safe area. The breakfast was of very good quality. A pleasant stay.
The self check-in was complicated but we got help over the phone. There was absolutely nobody in charge, on premises from when we arrived at around 4pm to the next morning at 8.30am. What would happen God forbid there is a fire breaking out ?
The location is great, near the Camino, and the restaurant had everything we needed to fuel up for the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful, too. We were also able to check in at the electronic kiosk outside of the building during siesta hours.
The bathroom shower head was a bit challenging to operate. You had to hold onto it to avoid spraying outside of the shower enclosure and there was a neighboring establishment that played loud music into the early morning hours. Not sure if this is typical there though, as we did see a parade earlier in the evening and there may have been a national holiday or event.
Check in muy fácil, instalaciones limpias y nuevas, personal amable y PET FRIENDLY!!
Jose was very kind, the room was spacious and bright and very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed more then one night!
I liked everything
The hotel has an automated check-in device. The hotel should warn this in advance to be prepared.
The bathroom is not very good. There is no space to open our baggage or some device to rest it. I have to do it in bed.
Warm welcome. Excellent English spoken. Great breakfasts. central location. It was a great relief to finds the hotel had parking available. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was clean. The showers were hot and there was a bath too.
It was very clean room with a comfortable bed. The guys at the reception were very friendly and helpful
There was too intensive freshener in the room
Come on! It's a one star hotel, in a Spanish town. I wasn't expecting the Ritz. I turned the corner onto the street in which the hotel was situated. Every building is grimey, hold on the the glass, walls and metalwork of the Silva are shiney and clean. A positively, island oasis, in the middle of an uninspiring, working class, residential area. It was a cool, quiet, safe haven, from a hot, dusty, afternoon sun.
The only thing I didn't like, was out of the hotels control. The dustbin men came around at four in the morning.
The hotel was great value for money very clean and comfortable with a good choice of breakfast in the bar next door.
It was a bit of a walk into town. We were doing the Camino Ingles but the helpful man on reception told us where we could start and finish on the first day so the next morning we set off just down the road from the hotel!?
