The room was very spacious and spotless. The dinner in the restaurant was lovely as such good value. The staff so helpful.

The pool was the reason we chose this hotel and it was really worthy. Also the room is big and it has everything you may need. Spotless and comfortable. Mini fridge was working truly nice we could kept our drinks cold easily.

The fitness area was looking as part of amenities but most of the devices are not working and they are truly old. Another topic is the rooms don't have sound isolation and we could hear next rooms all the time. Also the buffet breakfast is better if you go earlier because the warm foods like tortilla or omelette are not getting refreshed. As a conclusion if I go another time I wouldn't pay for breakfast included option.

Garage barriers, difficult to maneuver vehicle

Staff did not speak any English and being there for 3 days work made it very complicated specially at the restaurant. There is no room services at all and there was a lot of people staying at this hotel for dance championships. We were coming back from the event every day at 10.45pm and were refused to be served food. Mind you there was a lot of children who needed to be fed but the kitchen said no. If you know that your hotel will be fully booked why not to accommodate your clients and also help to feed children and families who were there for a big international dance event.

despite being classed as a four star hotel surprised to find no coffee/tea making facilities in room and the mini fridge just had two bottles of water nothing ese. Saw no staff at breakfast buffet - cold and impersonal

The furnishings in the hotel and in particular, in the room, were exquisite and luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. The parking was under the hotel and very convenient.

The breakfast started at 8 AM and we had to leave earlier than that. There wasn't even a cup of coffee to start the morning with. It was very difficult to find the hotel. Went past it three times before I stopped and asked if that was the correct hotel. There is no Sercotel sign to be seen and the name of the hotel on the web was Sercotel Guadiana. On the sign it is only Guadiana. The room was VERY cold even after a few hours with the heater on.

1. It is very difficult to drive a car to the basement2. The air conditioner in the room was too noisy and I couldn't fall asleep

The hotel is older style, rooms very dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was reasonably priced. Carpark was difficult to get into and had no signs in English so I found it hard to navigate.

No tea/coffee facilities. This should be standard.

Received lack lustre "hola" on arrival from reception staff member who couldn't be bothered to get off his phone.Stained furniture needed a deep clean or replacing.Looked like a care home.Breakfast staff brusque,unfriendly and unhelpful.Breakfast items not well laid out.Eggs were cold.

Garage is dangerously tight. Columns and walls are scarred from all the cars that rubbed against them. My car was scratched

It's a great hotel, not far from downtown with spacious room and all the facilities you need for a good stay: TV, mini bar, soft towels

Good hotel and big room just outside the city center of Ciudad Real. All fine, though the deco was not to the best of my likings

The place was nice and clean, very handy walk into main square. A big bonus was they had a car park which was included for into the price.

Great value for money, large comfortable room, located within easy walk to centre of town for bars and restaurants.. Free on site parking (very restricted access for larger cars}. No hot food for buffet breakfast, but very good and extensive selection otherwise.

Lovley hotel with a very good breakfast spread. There is a pool aswell which was welcoming after a few hours drive. Underground parking was brilliant too .a little tight but good .posistion of the hotel was good with a brief 10 minute walk into the centre .overall a nice stay .

Pool area was not very clean and only 6 sunbeds. Food in the restaurant was not very good.Parking was very tight to get into.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious and with airco. The mini bar was well filled, but we did not use it.

Hotel is a bit outdated and need some.refitting. Breakfast was very basic. Too bad that very young kids that did not eat much had to pay the same amount as an adult. In the name of hospitality I know that certain hotel only charge for 2 adults since the.kids really do not each much. They would have provided us a better experience when they would have charged 2 adults or only 1 child instead of 2 children.
