The location and cleanliness were exceptional.

The toilet was located extremely close to the wall/radiator. I had to sit at 45 degree angle to use it. The bidet was set into an inset area, which also made the use difficult.

Excelent Location!! Walking distance to everything. On the pedestrian road, so cute, shopping stores and tapa places all over.

Parking. It was tricky to find and tricky to get in and out. And... I mean... it's the hotel's parking space, why on earth would they charge extra for parking IN the hotel...?!

The elevators could use a refresh. displays were blinking on and off, sometimes displaying the wrong floor. One button for both up and down...

Breakfast was good and added bathroom supplies were appreciated . Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful .

Free beer in the room would be appreciated.

The bathroom was too small!!

We made the reservation with booking. Booking charged us for the room, and sent us a confirmation email saying all was booked and confirmed. When we got to the hotel they told us they did not have the reservation and they did not have rooms so they put us on the street. We lost several hours trying to find another hotel in the city. The hotel did not take any responsibility. Booking also did not take any responsibility. All dreadful with companies that are not serious and don´t care about their customers.

There was nothing to like, since after booking charged us and confirmed the reservation we got to the hotel and they told us there was no reservation and they put us on the street.

Location was great and the fact that we could park at the site was a bonus.

The carpeting was dirty and worn out. Half the plugs in the room didn't work.

Great location next to the plaza mayor (many cafes and restaurants around). Friendly staff. Spacious rooms with a proper balcony. Facilities were excellent.

Water takes a long time to get warm in the shower. Limited but good breakfast

Staff were amazing, One evening we went to a friends place just outside Cuidad Real and planned to walk back - but it started to rain heavily. We couldn’t get an Uber, we don’t speak Spanish to phone a radio taxi. I called reception and they ordered a taxi for us, checked that the taxi arrived and we were Ok. That is over and above normal service.

very nice location, all good. We stayed for 2 nights, including New Year's Eve. The room was big enough, wifi working well.

Quite noisy and intense heating, so it was "on and off", but eventually good temperature was established for the night and then no problems.

Rooms were smaller than expected and without daylight. Also extremely hot and not much air.

We had a really nice stay at Silken Alfonso. This hotel is located in the center, in front of the hotel there is a street with a lot of clothing shops. Our room was really big and clean. We had a balcony too. It was the best hotel for its value that i have ever been. If i come back ever to Ciudad real, i will come back to this hotel definetly!!!! Thank youu!!!

Very nice rooms. Great beds and shower. Great location. The breakfast was nice and good price.

The property was in an excellent location right on a pedestrian mall that led directly to the main square with loads of restaurant and shopping options. The room was spacious and well equipped, we love that we could open the window for fresh air and the bed was super comfortable. The basement parking for our motorbikes was excellent.

No complaints from us at all.
