Cumbria Spa Hotel 3* Sup

The staff was really helpful, the beds comfortable and clean.

The location is far away from the city center!

An excellent one night stop when travelling across Spain. Spacious room, comfortable bed and nice and quiet.

the room was big and clean, the parking garage suitably big.

Very few people spoke english. The internet was horrible. The breakfast was suitable for the price, but far from special.

Big rooms. Safe and accessible parking and helpful staff. Big rooms.

Room smelled like blocked drains. No toilet brush. Pool wasn’t made available during the stay.

Bright, clean, well located, pool and lovely staff

Large comfortable room

No where to put any clothes in the room, no wardrobe or drawers

The room was spacious and clean with enough storage

Advertised with an outdoor pool but this was closed. We wouldn't have used it anyway as it is very small and in a shady spot at the back of the hotel. We didn't book breakfast but when we did decide to eat there the kitchen was closed due to no more bookings that day

Beautiful room with excellent bathroom including full length bath!

The outside pool was too cold to get in. It’s not heated and doesn’t get any sun other than first thing in the morning

The unique form of the lobby, the friendliness of the staff, it was very comfortable and quiet.

The hotel staff are friendly and experienced The rooms are clean, comfortable, big and excellent In my opinion, this hotel should be a 4-starTwo minute walk are restaurant and bars

Room was lovely, beds very comfortable.Plenty of wardrobe space

More hangers in the wardrobe pleaseA spare set of extra pillows. The breakfast was disappointing as the 'hot food', the eggs, bacon etc were cold as the heater was off or broken

The Spa was okay, no deep tissue anything.Only female attendants.

Deep tissue

The location and the free parking

Unfortunately we were very disappointed about the breakfast. Was everything cold including the fried eggs

The helpful staff was amazing, all was good: cleaning, breakfast, facilities, well done all the management and the staff,

friendly staff, nice room and good location

breakfast needs improving…

very clean and quiet.

breakfast was not what I expected and was minimal. Also parts of the hotel looked tired and in need of attention to be fixed, such as the doors.

The rooms are clean and amazing, very helpful staff. We loved the experience!

In SPA facilities bathing robes aren’t included

We like the underground parking with a lift straight up to reception, or straight up to the level of your room. Rooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable.

breakfast

Convenience and staff

Restaurant closed on Sunday and no hot food in cafeteria. After a long journey that was very disappointing.
