Terrible customer service

Extremely disappointing experience. I reported an accidental same-day booking immediately and requested a date change or cancellation, then called the hotel right away to explain. They showed zero flexibility and refused to help in any way. Booking.com said they would speak with the manager, but no one followed up, and I never received a refund despite the booking showing as cancelled. Very poor handling of a simple, honest mistake.

Room, service and breakfast were super. The location next the restaurants and the university was great.

Food services - cafe, sandwiches - during all day were not available.

Comfortable and clean.

There is no way to enter the building from the parking lot, which is in the back of the lot. You have to carry all your luggage and stuff around the building. High priced food and snacks. A tiny package with about 8 nuts and 4 raisins is €3. A small bowl of soup is €12.

Nice hotel with large rooms and air-con. Great breakfast. Close to the train station and not far from the city center. Helpful staff.

Air-con thermostat was a bit old and the only setting was essentially very cold. Not a big deal though.

Very nice hotel if you're travelling in between the cities. Great location, staff, size of the rooms and breakfast. Free easy parking.

Disappointing

No air conditioning. Room was at 30 degrees celcius. Impossible to sleep.

We rented two rooms, in one of them the toilet flush did not work and the shower head was broken (only water from above possible). We were only staying one night so we only let the staff know the next day, so can't speak to how they would have solved it.The rooms were too warm (due to heating), we had to open the window which felt like a waste.Breakfast on the expensive side so we didn't take it, there was a coffee shop very close by which was good.

Convenient for a few nights stay. Comfortable rooms and very good breakfast.

Large hotel near the centre of town. Super breakfast and good value

A beautiful hotel that fully met our expectations! The cleanliness was excellent, with rooms being cleaned daily. The breakfast was diverse and satisfied everyone in our large group, even with different tastes and preferences. The staff was professional and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient – just a 15-minute walk from the city center. Overall, we are very satisfied and would gladly return! ??❣️

Ciudad Real is actually a nice town. The hotel is a bit dated but stylish. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is really spectacular - almost never seen better. Free parking. All this for a very modest price. Oh yes and staff are nice.

At this price?

The hotel was the right choice, location perfect as it is close to university, and also in close proximity to the city center. I walked from the train station to the hotel. The hotel itself was great, room with enough space, bed was perfect for my back, shower powerful (hot and cold both working instantly), breakfast was amazing - unfortunately I didn't have time to try everything. People at the reception were all very helpful and supportive, spoke English.

Great price and staff.

The apartment has a kitchen but very few basic kitchen appliences and no material to clean tables.

Noisy, big groups of people

It is a modern business oriented hotel. It has good facilities and secure parking.It is close to the city centre.

Joane on Reception was exceptionally helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable, and so was the bathroom. Everything was very clean. The entrance hall and stairs are impressive. Parking was easy to access and spacious.

We had a late deal and stayed New Year's Eve. Unfortunately it was noisy all night with loud music from the town and guests returning late. Because the floors are stone/tiles it is quite echoey. We didn't have a peaceful stay, but that didn't have anything to do with the hotel or the staff.

Location, parking, lobby, stuff

0 soundproofing, we had such type of neighbors in the next to us room, that would probably die If they would stop talking for a second, so after a long driving day Instead of sleeping - you are listening to your neighbors at 3 a.m. the worst part is that you can't even ask people to shut up in their own room which they paid for, as they are not talking loud and their tv is not loud either, they are not guilty that with 0 soundproofing there is an effect, like they are sitting next to your bed in your room.
