Very clean, large room, pleasant staff.

Modern hotel just outside the city centre, about 20 minutes walk through a pleasant park.Room was clean and tidy, with good facilities.Breakfast was included in our price and was a full buffet of hot and cold choices.Underground parking for our motorbike topped off our tick-boxes.Decent place to stop overnight.

I found the foyer very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet for a good night of rest. The check out time was very helpful.

While the receptionist was efficient, she wasn't too friendly and welcoming.

The room was very much to our liking, as was the entire facility. So was the location.

Definitely the staff, and especially the waiters; both in the afternoon and in the morning. Never seen a smile, only faces of people who hated being and working there... made the stay very unpleasant. Awful treatment too; first time ever it was this bad. Their first instinct is to present you with limitations, problems, instead of solutions. Have a long history at Booking.com and should you check it out, you'll find this to be my first ever complaint. Also, was a first for me that breakfast wasn't included in the price, which was already steep, although it was my mistake, of course, to not read the small print while making the reservation. Never booked a room before where breakfast wasn't included, definitely something to not forget checking out in future reservations.

We stayed one night at the hotel while traveling. By my mistake, the reservation was made for the day after our arrival, and I only realized it upon arrival. The staff was wonderful and promptly resolved the problem. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but very tasty, again served by very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it!

All the hotel features were really good. The breakfast arrangements were good. The staff were brilliant at arranging taxis for us. The room was adequate and quiet and the A/C worked well.

We did not have a view from our window but I will make different booking arrangements when we go next time.

Staff were lovely, restaurant good for both dinner and breakfast. Pool and gardens excellent.

We arrived at 3pm. Nowhere to have a drink or snack at the hotel. Reception said bar open at 7pm. Room 316 was very dark and no view from the window. Shower thermostat was faulty. Empty mini bar just water not clear if you had to pay for it. No tea or coffee facilities either.

The suite was really nice. Nice pool to chill in the afternoon.

The hotel hosted some sort of a wedding event in the evening and it was loud until 2am. They should at least have warned the hotel clients on arrival about this event.

Bad smell in the room, was offered another room on the same floor but the smell was even worse so we did not take it. Thank god this was only for one night.

The hotel was nice, people friendly, spaces pleasant.

The fact that it was June, I selected the hotel because it had a pool, and the pool only operates in July and August. I selected the pool filter for doing the reservation. If the pool is not operating during one's stay, the hotel should not be included in the options shown. This is something that the hotel and booking should sort out.

The junior suite was spacious

Very hard mattress. Unsociable bar staff member. Uncontrolled children in bar and uncontrolled noisy adults until 03.00 after returning from an event in town

The receptionist on arrival was friendly. I ate an excellent steak

We Were told we couldn’t use the advertised garage parking and had to park on the street. We wanted to sit in the advertised garden to relax but no sun loungers or chairs available. We didn’t want to use the pool. Later we were told we couldn’t eat in the restaurant despite the receptionist telling us it was open and we didn’t need to book. We found out that there was a coach party of tourists in there. Eventually we ate on the terrace and were charged an additional amount for both food and drink because we were on the terrace and not in the cafeteria. It was listed on the menu, but we didn’t find this particularly acceptable. One particular member of staff in the bar/cafeteria seemed to have a particularly bad attitude

Very nice place, we could relax and enjoy our stay. Very good AC in the room. Clean room and bathroom.

There was no fresh orange juice for breakfast. A bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel in Spain.
